Can you paint on these cups

I do heat transfer sublimation. Logically speaking, since the cups accept sublimation, i would assume that they would accept sublimation paints.

How do I contact someone about 2 of my cup handles are broken and unusable..i don't want to replace the entire box i just want 2 cups replaced?
