Does anyone know if this flour has been bleached? I don't see it anywhere on the bag.

The question is a little confusing - yes, I know; no, the flour is not bleached.

Does this flour have a high enough gluten content to use for bread with no other flour or gluten added?

My bread machine recipe calls for 2 Tablespoons vital wheat gluten to 4-1/2 cups whole wheat flour, that’s what I did and the bread is good but a little dense.

How old is the flour when one receives it?

My flour has a date of 11/4/2017 and I received it on 5/31/2018 after ordering on 5/29/2018. The expiration date on the package is 11/20/2019.

Is this flour enriched with B vitamins?
