Just what I was looking for for a family emergency kit - a small roll of stiff wire, good for repairing all kinds of things. This wire is the right stiffness and size for all kinds of repairs. In the past I've used wire like this to lash broken poles, fix cross-country skis, as a wire puller, and to help with an assortment of miscellaneous odd jobs.

I bought this for securing a heater on a camping trip I have coming up. I was skeptical that it might not be sturdy enough, but I shouldn't have worried. It's a bit more sturdy than the wire on a large paper clip, and will be more than enough for the job. See photo. Great item, good value. This review refers to the 19 gauge galvanized wire.

It didn’t work for the project as I intended. But it’s my fault I chose the wrong gauge. It is a good quality steel.

Good product

I know it has many uses, but I used it for feeding the new cord to my umbrella and it worked so seamlessly. It is very strong and durable.

It's steel wire, and inexpensive, but using it for safety wire doesn't work out all that well, a little too soft for that, but probably worth the money. If you careful you can get away with wiring some fasteners with it.

I ordered this to jury rig a problem I was having with a vehicle; parts I ordered from the dealer were not coming in for another week. I had purchased a heavier gauge at a hardware store, but found the heavier gauge didn't work well in a tight space. So this gauge was perfect for getting the job done. Easier to bend around and thread through tight spaces. My only concern, is if I try to do some off roading, not so sure it'd be a good idea until I can replace with the dealer parts. I know the product wasn't designed for what I needed to do, but overall, I'd say its a great product and will at least allow me to drive long distances without worrying that it'll break like a plastic zip tie might.
