It mixes well and tastes good. I put it in water and added cream for fat. I wouldn't call it a meal replacement, because it won't feel like you had a meal. I took it with a piece of Ezekial bread to help. It's pretty expensive so I don't know if I'll be buying it again, but I like that the ingredients seem to be of a good quality.

This stuff is really yummy. I was looking for something in my first trimester of pregnancy that would ease my morning sickness as I couldn’t put anything down. This was the perfect alternative although it is kind of on the pricey end what protein powder isn’t? It’s not too sweet, which is part of the reason why it’s so good gives a mild chocolatey flavor.

The best meal replacement / protein shake on the market. I have tried so many and always come back to this one. It tastes great, has a great balance of nutrients, uses natural sugar alternatives (and just the right amiunts so it doesn't taste like alternatives), and has great protein amounts. I mix mine with the Almond+Coconut milk. It mixes really well with that milk and a shake bottle. Sure, it would be more convenient for me if it was already in a bottle, but that would make it more expensive, I wouldn't be able to choose the milk or the thickness, and for whatever reason the bottled brands wreck the product with too much sugar or sugar alternative. We use the Chocolate Macadamia nut. I prefer that one over the Vegan version but I am glad there is a Vegan option for people who need it.

Pros I struggle with my energy levels quite a bit. I’m always trying to get enough nutrients into my diet. I used this for a few weeks and then went a a few days without it and could tell a difference. I don’t really care for protein drinks usually. I decided to try this one because it contained collagen, probiotics, apple cider vinegar, and coconut oil, and vitamins and minerals. These are things that I struggle to get in my diet. I was really nervous about it tasting like collagen (I hate the taste of collagen). I can’t taste the collagen in it. Overall it’s not a bad taste. Cons It’s hard on my stomach at it’s full dose and with water. Something about this product lingers and I can taste it all day (maybe the natural flavors?) I have a sensitive stomach. Even my daily vitamins hurt my stomach if I don’t eat them with food and the exact right time. My fix for this has been to take half of a dose with 8oz of milk instead of water. This has worked great for me. The milk helps me digest it better and I don’t get that lingering feeling all day. The chocolate had little white balls (maybe the macadamia nuts) that don’t dissolve. I don’t like them at all. It just chug it. I have texture issues. I use a blender bottle, I’m sure a blender would solve the issue. It’s not worth pulling out a blender to me. Cost, it’s just way too expensive in my opinion. I’m buying it because I haven’t found anything else that helps as well. But it’s a downer that it takes up so much of by grocery budget. Conclusion While this isn’t a “perfect product” it really does help my energy levels and gives my body the nutrients that it’s needs. Overall it’s worth it for me, but I will probably keep looking at other products to see if they have similar ingredients at a lower cost.

These shakes have lowered my weight by 2 pounds and my blood sugar from 172 to 131 in only 5 days!!! The chocolate/macadamia nut flavor is delicious, while the creamy vanilla is just OK. Super convenient to make in the mixing tumbler (which I also purchased) along with its own special wire-whisk mixing ball. They are also satisfying and filling. Only wish they had more flavors, as I worry that I may get tired of the same two over time.

I had previously purchased the trial packets from their website and really enjoyed the taste and consistency of the shake. Be aware that this is a MEAL REPLACEMENT. You don't drink this and then eat more food. I have read some comments that there are too many calories. I add water and it tastes great to me. If you aren't adding water, adjust the calories you are adding to this to get your whole meal calculated for your caloric intake. One burger at McD's or anywhere else, can be well over 400 calories. I drink this and feel satiated. Would I buy this again? Yes. Does it taste great? Yes . I have had the worst of the worst tasting and have been drinking protein MRP's for over 20 years. This is by far one of the top ones that actually have a good taste. Read the ingredients. If you can't have certain ingredients, or if it is TOO much for you. Don't buy it. I would recommend heading over to their website and getting the trial pack if you just want to try a sample and not purchase an entire bag. Good luck!
