A great gift for puzzle fanatics
This amazing collection of all kinds of puzzles is a great coffee table book for dipping in and out perusing. It made and excellent gift for my husband and has entertained many guests.

A great resource book for research in the puzzle world.
One of the best history of universally familiar puzzles that I have seen for some time. The graphics were outstanding and it was impeccably crafted from a production standpoint.

Generally good except for some bad non-puzzles
My kids and I love this book except for some brain teasers that aren’t maths at all and aren’t suitable for children. Puzzle 2 shown in the photos is an example. My 12 year old daughter totally didn’t get it. I really wish I didn’t have to explain to her that maybe the author of this book wanted to date Julia Roberts.

Bought this for my hubby and he is happy with it. These are puzzles that he says are fun, but don't require hours of thought.

Title of the book is possibly not a great description of the book: It’s actually a book full of puzzles. I have given this as a present. The recipient says that the puzzles are extremely difficult but very enjoyable indeed: a great challenge. Book is huge and do v good value. A great gift.
