The Seven Figure Agency Roadmap: How to Build a Million Dollar Digital Marketing Agency

So far, so good. I recently purchased this book to learn more about the digital marketing space, and I’m really enjoying it. What I’ve read so far has been very good and informative. I haven’t finished the entire book yet, but based on what I’ve already read, it’s clear that it offers valuable insight into digital marketing and agency growth. It’s been helpful for learning something new and expanding my understanding of how digital marketing agencies operate. This looks like it’s going to be a great read from start to finish. I also got it at an exceptional value while it was on sale, which makes it even better. Very happy with this purchase.

If you are interested in the starting a digital marketing agency then this is excellent book for you to read. Joshua does a good job of providing you a road map of what do to have a successful marketing agency. He also runs a youtube channel that I am now subscribed to which he does interviews. This stuff is great because it reinforces what he mentions , in the book , adds to his authority and give you other cool nuggets that are not in the book. Like most of business books he does have a course that he is pitching but for this book it is not as aggressive as some other books I have read, so decided to not take off a star. Overall if you are thinking about starting an agency this is a great starting point. If you have an agency and not where you want to be I believe this book will set you straight. It is had a ton of value and action steps for you to take to make your agency better. I highly recommend it !

This is a good book for new agency owners and there is a lot good info in there no matter what level you're at. However I think a lot of the technology and other suggestions e stations are slightly dated. If you just understand the concepts in this book and apply them, you'll do well.

So much of this space is filled with people who are not working in the area that they are writing or talking about. That is definitely not the case with Josh and his Seven Figure Agency. Josh consistently brings the newest ideas to the market after proving them in his day to day business. His Seven Figure Agency Roadmap is about results and not about theory. I have met several of the people that are involved in the Seven Figure Agency and they are true performers. This is an even more rare condition. The Seven Figure Agency Roadmap is a step by step method to change your life and build a real business. I normally look for one or two ideas to add to my own business in a book. This book gave me a handful of ideas within the first 15 pages. I see myself referring back to this book on a regular basis. Josh brings real value in a way that almost anyone can not only understand it but in a way that allows you to implement immediately and increase your bottom line quickly.

Right now in the marketing world there seems to be a new model. Create a service business. Have modest success for 3-6 months. Start an advice business based on your "proof story" of your modest success. Sell as many suckers as you can. Oh and stop the service business as fast as possible because that is too close to "real work". In the agency training space, this is literally what about 90% of the "gurus" out there have done. It is weird that they are so bullish on agency but don't run an agency themselves anymore... maybe a red flag lol. Anywho... Josh Nelson is not one of those guys. He built a real multiple 7 figure agency. From the ground up. Still runs it every day. It's a non-sexy... bread and butter type agency. You know, the kind that makes you rich if you stick at it. So, when I found out Josh had written a book about his path - I just skipped straight to the buy now button and devoured it fast. If you're in an agency business and want to grow it, you should get this book. the chapter on productizing your service is more than worth the price of the whole book alone. Great advice all throughout the book. Just get it. You won't regret it.

I met Josh in-person for the first time in late 2016 at a Power Day where he shared every aspect of what his company was doing to provide results to his clients. It is truly a roadmap that you can follow to start growing your agency no matter where you are at today. Start implementing immediately, and when you are close to 6 figures reach out and get yourself involved with my amazing mentor, coach and friend!

Was expecting more tools and ends with a pitch to sign up for additional training. Would be helpful to get insight to which tools agencies use to manage accounts and projects to enable collaboration and scaling.

I really liked this book. Very informative and detailed. The author has covered every aspect of the digital marketing business. The case study at the end of the every chapter helped in understand the topic well. I'm sure this book will help every digital marketing business aspirant to make her business fundamentally strong and successful.

I've been running a digital marketing agency for 7 years now, and can honestly say I've learned more from this book than any other course, book, seminar put together. Wish I'd read it years ago! Really straightforward, logical steps to take. I'm now re-reading it again and starting to implement some of the steps into my business. Even if you have no interest in scaling to 7 figures, it's well worth reading this book just for the advice and tips you'll get as a digital agency owner.

Just the basics, nothing special. Would recommend "Agencynomics" or "Build Grow Repeat" for people searching for agency books that are great.

This book really gives you the tools to actually implement in your business. It's clearly explained and you can follow a real and achievable step by step to grow your business. It gave me a new look on my business and helped me see why I was stuck in the amount of leads and revenu. With what I've learned in this book and the results I'm getting now, this book has been a game changer for me.
