Make a tasty hydrating drink
I think these are a little expensive, but they have become invaluable to me since I realised that I really needed to drink more water for my general health. I find drinking lots of plain tap water very difficult, but half of one of these tablets in a glass of water makes a delicious fruity drink with a very slight fizz. For full hydration after strenuous exercise, a full tablet is probably best. The fact that these tablets also provide additional nutrients is a bonus. I am easily getting my eight glasses a day now, and feel much better.

Great product
One of the better products I've found, my local superstore sells the exact product but at a much higher price, these are very much value for money, great taste and I feel totally hydrated during and after my workout. To make them last longer I split one tablet in half and still feel the same benefits.

Provide optimum hydration!
I'm not too keen on the flavour (prefer the orange one) but these do help for those on their feet all day! They are excellent value for money and provide optimum hydration!

Tastes like jelly babies
Took these on a week ski holiday as I knew I'd need an extra boost and they kept me hydrated and helped with cramps. I took 1 in the morning before heading to the slopes and again in the evening on the long tough days. They dissolve on their own without stirring and are not too sweet like others

Mixed berry
Nice flavour , minimal ingredient list compared to competitors. Good to use after significant loss of fluids or travel , especially air travel which is very dehydrating. Could be Helpful for those with low blood pressure or POTS. Mixed berry is the best flavour and pleasantly surprised their Vit D was D3.
