Great but very expensive
I have to put ointment into my eye 4 times a day but I can't see out of my eye so I find it impossible. I bought these and it makes it very easy. I love that they are individually wrapped and sterile too. The only downside is that they are really expensive for what is basically a glorified q-tip. Although q-tips are not sterile and they could leave cotton particles behind in my eyes. Other than the price, these are great.

Shipping condition was awful, great product though
The product itself is great, but every package I've received so far has been damaged and opened to some degree. They don't ship the package itself inside another box (I'm assuming to save postage) so the package gets beat up during the shipping process. It makes me wonder if any of the swabs inside the package fall out or are still sterile. I'm unable to get a replacement product despite the damage. I won't be buying them again.

Contains EO even though it doesn't say so.
I just bought these and specifically because it didn't say it had EO but it does and now I can't return it. $40 wasted!
