do I use this every 3 months

I add one bottle at every oil change at 10k miles for my Highlander and never had a problem. I’m going to change this frequency to one bottle at 5k miles since my odometer mileage is at 185,000.

What's the difference between this and lm valve clean? ty

I’d say no, there’s always a risk of hydro locking.

Would it work in Honda Cars?

It does work!! I used it on my 2003 Xterra, the idle was horrible and hesitant on the throttle. I put this in and dramatically improve the throttle response and it improve the mpg as well. I use nothing but Liqui Molly for my cars fluid and additives.
