Stays Pliable, Lasts Awhile
Love this. I use it cold. It is still pliable after being in the freezer. I am able to get the cold up against my Achilles tendon. I usually wrap it around my ankle/heel as I go to bed. The cold lasts about an hour. I fall asleep with it on, kick it off in the night.

Best ice pack brand there is
I have used a lot of different ice packs over the years due to a medical condition and I recommend and gift this to anyone I know needs one regularly. It keeps cold, and its flexibility to form well to whatever purpose I need it, a the weight is heavy enough to stay in place, not something I'd lay on a 3rd degree burn 😅 I love the size of it for my neck, head, shoulders, knees, arm/elbow/hand, legs and feet. I also have the rectangular one for my back and hips. It does not come with velcro strips, nor did the one I purchase advertise it. It is my favorite cooling pain relief I have, been using this brand for 10 years, I've replaced it once at my fault for not storing it better in the freezer. LOL it got freezer burn from something wet in my freezer, totally my fault.

Fits nicely around neck
This is a really great ice pack for the neck as it fits around the shoulder blades and up the back of neck, as advertised. I recommend it if you're having much neck pain or just occasionally wake up with stiff neck.

Pretty Good, but Not Perfect
Pretty good ice pack , BUT - the neck portion doesn’t actually support the neck, so it didn’t rate a 5. Fits well over my sore shoulder, though, which is great! Doesn’t stay cold for very long, but it does an okay job.

Lasts for years
I ordered the Trisectionsal from Amazon 7 years ago and it’s still in pretty good shape. No leaks or degradation in the seams. Retains temperature from microwave & freezer use. Be aware the pack is heavy (hence its effectiveness) so may not be ideal for your carry-on suitcase.
