How many lineal feet of 1/2" pipe can this pump be used for?

Not exactly sure but my home is 2700 square feet with 3 bathroom and this feeds instant hot water to all 3. I would recommend youget a timer with this pump as they run all the time and it leads to premature wear of copper pipe without a timer.

Re: the hi/med/lo pump speed settings, does anyone know what the gpm each setting represents?

Alot of the flow depends on the head pressure but a rough number would be around 11 15 & 17

Will use pump to recirculate hot water in my home and keep the water temp near 110. Will connect to 1/2 copper lines in and out. Right pump ?

Yes there is a switch located on the pump for 3 speeds. Not sure what your application is but you can wire in a wall thermostat but it would have to be 115v/line voltage thermostat.
