Always consistently GOOD
My family has bought these since as long as I can remember. Always been good and consistent taste! I always know what to expect when buying Pepperidge Farm cookies! The apricot raspberry jam on these are super addictive, and go really well with the cookie texture and buttery taste. Only downside of these cookies is how fast you will eat them. Guaranteed to not last long once opened.

Buttery Cookies With a Pleasant Apricot Flavor
I picked these up because I enjoy fruit-filled cookies and have always liked Pepperidge Farm products. The apricot flavor sounded like a nice change from typical cookie flavors. First impressions: The cookies arrived fresh and well packaged. They have a nice buttery aroma and the apricot filling is visible right in the center. Taste and texture: The cookie itself is crisp and buttery without being overly sweet. The apricot filling adds a slightly tart fruit flavor that balances the sweetness nicely. The texture is light and crunchy, which pairs really well with coffee or tea. Pros Pleasant apricot flavor Crisp, buttery texture Not overly sweet Good with coffee or tea Cons If you prefer very soft cookies, these are more on the crisp side. Who these are for: Anyone who enjoys fruit-filled cookies or lighter desserts that arenโt overly sugary. Final thought: These are a nice treat to keep on hand for a small snack or something sweet with a cup of coffee.

The cookies are great, but the shipping not so much.
I love these things. The cookie part is sweet and crumbly shortbread and the texture of the jam is almost like a gummy (but not quite.) I buy them 6 at a time. The only problem is getting them delivered intact. I think Amazon needs some schooling in "How to Ship Cookies." The price has usually been much cheaper than you can find in most stores, and there is usually a better deal if you use Subscribe and Save. Just don't order anything large and heavy at the same time, because they will be in the same box. Also, one shouldn't mistake the "Sell By" date for an "Expiration Date." Sell-By Date The sell-by date is primarily intended for retailers to manage inventory and ensure products are sold while still fresh. It tells the store how long to display the item for sale, but it is not a safety indicator for consumers. Many foods, including milk, eggs, and meat, remain safe to eat for several days to weeks after the sell-by date if stored properly at recommended temperatures (40ยฐF or below for refrigerated items) and handled correctly. Consumers should still check for signs of spoilage, such as off smells, discoloration, or mold. Expiration Date The expiration date, sometimes labeled as โuse byโ, is a consumer-focused label indicating the last date a product is considered safe to eat. This is especially important for perishable items like dairy, meat, poultry, and infant formula. Consuming a product after its expiration date can pose a health risk, as the product may have spoiled or become contaminated. Unlike sell-by dates, expiration dates are a more critical indicator of food safety and quality.
