I have been taking Puritan's Pride multivitamins for years. This Ultra Woman 50 Plus really delivers a powerhouse of vitamins including Vit B complex. I notice if I don't take these for a couple days that I don't have the same level of energy. They are big enough that it is sometimes difficult for me to swallow them. I wish they were smaller. Also of annoyance to me, is that the jar is the twice the size that it needs to be. It really is only half full. Use less plastics!!

I love these vitamins so far. I've only been taking them a few days but hunny chile let me tell you, I can feel the difference! My energy level has soared! The pills are huge and you have to take two a day, but thats not a problem for me at all. The only thing I don't like is that I've noticed an increase in my appetite since I started taking them, which is not a good thing when you're fighting to keep your weight under control. But I still give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. I spend so much money shopping online and more times than not, I'm disappointed, its really nice to feel I'm actually getting my moneys worth!

These vitamins are a super value, especially considering how good they are. I love that they don't contain things that would set off alarm bells for me. With these, I get enough calcium, D3, and others that are vital for older women. I've been without them for a week, and I'm starting to feel a negative difference in my muscles. Thank goodness new ones should be here today! That is thanks to Puritans Pride's outstanding customer service and communication.

I have been looking for a general overall good vitamin that has the minerals that I need to support different issues. This was the best value for the money and seems to have a good effect.
