I was having problems with my old gun feeding glue sticks. Come to find out, there are like a dozen different size diameters of glue sticks out there. I had just thought there were small and large. I should have known that companies love to make things hard and incompatible for us consumers. The glue sticks this gun uses seem to be the most common diameter you will find in off brands. You really don't need to buy off brand sticks with Gorilla. The Gorilla brand sticks are as cheap or cheaper than the off brands! The gun has worked great for me. I have not had any problems with glue leaking. It has a stable stand, unlike many others. It feels sturdy to me. It takes a minute or two to heat up, but not any longer than any other gun I have owned. I use mine mostly for electronic and wood crafts. It is great for gluing a pcb to a project or to hold wires or a small speaker in place. This is my new go to glue gun!

The best glue gun and the best hot glue! I’ve been using my first gorilla hot glue gun for almost 4 years now for a craft business. It has held up great, but the metal stand has become a little bent and it falls over easily. So it is now my backup. Otherwise it has performed very well and I did not hesitate to buy another. It's a full size gun but it's not bulky like others and the stand works well with no falling over. NO DRIPS! Not one and I kept waiting but it does not drip. It doesn't teeter when you set it down and although it's a plug in, I no longer care. THIS is worth every penny with no more frustrating drips, falls, and it does have 2 speeds which I never cared about before, but had to secure a ribbon to styrofoam and remembered reading the low speed is necessary, otherwise the foam will melt. Worked like a charm and glue feeds well. You really get everything you need with this one. It also has a great tip on it for fine tuning where you want that glue.

I got this for my wife to use on her crafts. I personally have not used it, but she doesn't complain about it and seems happy with it so I am happy with it! She likes the heat settings. Doesn't drip like her old one. Price point was nice.

Takes about a minute or two to heat up, stays hot, and has a smooth glue flow. It does drip, so put cardboard underneath. The stand is a little wobbly, but it held up fine. Overall, it gets the job done.

Can’t even try the product. Received package which was well wrapped but box inside the packaging box (ie the retail package) was clearly opened. I should not have to pay full price for an opened product. Now have to go through the hassle of returning.

Consume menos silicón al tener mejor control de la palanca que otras del mismo tamaño. El tener dos temperaturas lo he usado poco porque requiero pegar y pegue bien a alta temperatura pero el poder bajar la temperatura para no derretir plásticos está bien.
