In the summer isn’t this just going to blow hot air around?

A "fan" is not an air conditioner.   A fan accelerates wind flow, and it can direct that wind flow.  So yes, if the ambient air temp is warm or hot, then the air being blown/accelerated will have the same temperature.   An "air conditioner" can actually cool the ambient air and then uses a fan to blow that cooled air into a room/space.
So how does a regular fan actually make a person feel cooler?  The cooling effect is both physics and our own biology.   Cool huh?
Our bodies self regulate our core temperature to maintain that temperature stable.  When the ambient temperature is warm or hot our bodies so some biological things to help our bodies cool down, and feel more comfortable.  The main method our bodies use is sweating.  We sweat/perspire quite often even if we do not actually feel it.  When the ambient air temp is high we start to feel that perspiration as the sweat starts to increase on our skin and we start to feel sticky, moist, wet, and/or warm, and all that is often not comfortable.   Notice that on a warm or hot day when the wind is stronger we tend to feel more comfortable.  That is because, when the wind comes in contact with our skin our sweat/water evaporates into that air, and the moving wind moves that sweat/water away from our skin.  The reason we feel cooler is because as our sweat evaporates it takes heat from our bodies with it, into the air.  The more/stronger air flow the more air available to pick up more water/sweat from our skin.
That is how a "fan" help to cool us.  A fan accelerates the air in the room, like nature can accelerate the wind outside.   That moving air picks up the sweat/water from our skin and takes some heat away with it, and thus we feel cooler.  And that cooler feeling does actually help lower our body temperatures  as our bodies continue to regulate our overall core body temp.  That's it.  Physics and biology.  Cool huh?   :)

My fan doesn't have a bluetooth button. I know it says its at the bottom, but its not. Where is it?

Question 4

Will this fan work for keeping bugs away from under a patio table?  The vent appears close to the top, wondering effectiveness 2 - 3 ft off the ground

The vent is at the top of the fan, It won't help under the table.  It's a great fan, I don't have a problem with bugs when it's on.
