Product works, my dog loves it!
I have a 14YO Pomeranian who takes 5 small pills twice a day. She was refusing her “meatballs”, cream cheese, and PNB. Pill pockets don’t work, she spits out the pill and eats the treat. I was desperate so I went on Amazon and found this product. It’s more expensive than PNB but I was desperate. She loves it! I don’t have to use much, just enough to cover it. I’m on my second jar, bought the double for a better value. I use it in the morning, she’ll take two or three with cream cheese and the rest with this. She takes PNB in the evening. PNB is sticky, this is tacky, more pliable. It hasn’t bothered her stomach or given her diarrhea. Definitely recommend for giving meds.

Amazing !
Gosh! I wish I had known about this earlier! I use to try to get my dogs to take their monthly pills with a pill pocket. Sometimes I would have to force it in their mouths and move their jaws to chew and swallow. Not a fun activity for me or my dogs. This stuff is unbelievable! My dogs were very leery when I first rolled up a pill and gave one to them. She first licked it, then licked it again, licked again, and then put the whole thing in her mouth and happily chewed looking for another one. No more worries for me trying to get my dog to eat this, and she actually loved it. I don't think it will make 60 pills. It all depends how big your pill is and how much you use to wrap the pill. I didn't want to be skimpy. This was the Cheese and Bacon flavor. I just ordered another because I do not want to run out!

Easy to use, dogs love it!
I find this product to be a better value than the pockets made for pills. I can pinch off just as much as I need to cover the pill and my dog wolfs it down without trying to bite (and therefore discover the pill!). My dogs love it and we have experienced zero digestive issues.

Awesome
Word like a charm. My pup has valley fever and is so hard to get to take pills. He knows when I’m doing his pills and he’s excited for his treat. Works perfectly.

Create your own pill pocket and my dog loves the taste.
I love this stuff, you can create your own size pill pocket and my dog just gobbles it up. I have tried others and I find that unless I have to give my dog a smaller pill, then I am forced to use two pill pockets jammed together, but with this stuff I just use what I need and it's soft like play doe so it's easy to use. My dog loves the taste. Even when he has eaten the wrap off, the flavor is still on the pill, so he will eat the remaining pill without my having to put another around it. Great stuff. The only down side is that you have to dig it out of the container and I use my hands so it gets under my fingernails. Being a vegan, I prefer not to have that smell on my hands. But, otherwise it's great stuff. And while I do not like the smell on my hands, I do like that the smell is strong enough to keep my dog interested enough to eat the whole pill or capsule. So, it's a win win.

My picky dogs love it but there are two small quirks
I bought this paste for my dogs because they are very picky about the treats that hold their medication. We have tried other paste options and pill pockets before, but nothing seemed to work consistently. This paste took the guessing game out of finding treats my dogs will actually eat when taking their medicine. Now it is much easier for them to take their meds and I do not have to worry about finding treats that work. The paste is strong enough to hold larger medications easily. Even though it holds its shape well, it is still soft enough for my dogs to chew. I also have an older dog who has lost some teeth, and this paste is easy for him to eat. The paste is easy to roll around the pills and it does not take much to fully cover even larger tablets. My dogs do have sensitive stomachs, but the ingredients in this paste have worked well for them so far and have not caused any issues. I only have two minor complaints. First, the paste can leave your fingers a bit oily and smelling strongly of bacon. Second, I really wish the product came with a small spoon or scoop. I currently use my fingers to dig out the paste, which is not my favorite. Overall, this has been a great value for the price and has made giving medication to my dogs much easier. I would highly recommend it for anyone struggling with pets that refuse to take their pills.

Life saver for picky pill takers!
Life saver!!! I was frantic my 10yr old yorkie would not take his pill for his kidney in NOTHING. Tried all his fav foods, he’d sniff it out refuse the food. Frustrated, went to order this & read reviews. Ordered. He eats it right in with his food. No problem. Love that it’s like playdoh material & can hold to any shape pill big or small. Thank you!!!

Better deal than pill pockets, and they work - for a while
Easy to use and a better deal than the "pill pockets," but my dog is "done" with all manner of tricks to get him to take pills. He has severe allergies and takes antibiotics and anti-itch medication. He will not swallow these, and he is wise to my tricks. I wish he would reconsider because, for a while, it was so easy to get him to take pills. However, those days are gone. If your dog isn't continually having to take pills, they should work nicely. If your pup is having to contend with long-term prescription medication, they may become tired of it, just like anything else. Or maybe not, it might just be my dog that has decided he doesn't want to "do pills." If you need to get a dog to take pills short-term, these work perfectly; longer term, my dog says "NO."

Open wide, 😀 Thank you for this marvelous paste, my Border Collie Skye would not take any sort of medication 😷 and I have tried everything on the market to get it inside him but then I spotted this on Amazon and as I am willing to try anything once I gave it a go well blow me down with a feather he loves it so now I can give him his meds without the usual performance of push and shove and now we are much more relaxed and Skye is so much calmer Thank you for a great product

I use this to help my greyhound take medication such as anti-biotics as he is very reluctant to take tablets. I break large tablets up into smaller pieces and coat them with Wrap-A-Pill before pushing them into his mouth (he will not open his mouth to take them) and holding his jaws shut He will then readily swallow the tablets. A friend recommended this product after going down the route of wrapping tablets in cream cheese, boiled ham etc. only for my hound to lick off the wrapping and spit out the tablet. Not cheap but it works!

my boy hates taking tablets and spits them out. I could have them in anything and he would spit them out. However, when he went to the Vets they used a little pill treat similar to this which he wolf down. I believe it was supposed to be a cat, but he absolutely loved it and would happily then take his tablets. Unfortunately, these contain too much fat for his diet so I was on the lookout for low fat Pill hiding treats. I would say these are very expensive. But it did seem to cover the tablet. However, my boy tasted this and was making retching noises before I even put a tablet in it. Every time I would get it out of the cupboard, he would run away and hide his head. There is no way that he would eat this treat to be honest it did smell very chemically like synthetic bacon. I don’t know how others have got on with this, but my dog really really did not like it and he’s not that fussy with food, especially bacon.

Easy to use and my dog seems to like the taste. It’s good and stretchy and is good for all shapes of tablets, it’s also Not messy!!!
