I purchased the two pack and gave one to my 92-year-old Dad. I have also begun using this. I've taken melatonin for years, but adding this Swanson valerian, chamomile, and hops made a huge difference. I alternate between one or two pills. This helps me get very sound and deep sleep. I'll be ordering again. It works great and is a great value!
