Wonderful for children. Natural ingredients! I give these to my children when they have had a really busy day and it’s hard for them to unwind. They work wonders. They really get a wonderful nights sleep and they love the taste too!

THESE HAVE DONE WONDERS FOR MY CHILDREN. I SPLIT A TAB BETWEEN THE 2 OF THE....THEY SAY THEY TASTE GOOD AS WELL, THEY DONT DISSAPOINT.

So I’m writing a review I have never given my son melatonin or anything to help him go to sleep other than magnesium lotion so I bought these because my son started having a little bit of trouble falling asleep again I was scared because like I said I don’t like to get my son anything he’s too going on three years old. He’s still a baby. I read review seen that they work. Some said they were very strong so I started off with half a pill, and when I tell you that these things work, they work when I gave him that half I could tell within minutes that he took something. It changed his demeanor. He was like very lethargic. He was walking heavily. He was awake fighting his sleep a little bit, but he was really sleepy and it’s like he couldn’t move and I didn’t like that at all. It’s like he was on something so these things do work. They’re very very strong. His dad gave him a full one one time by accident and it put him out. It does make him fussy because he gets tired and doesn’t wanna go to sleep, but it does knock him out and it puts him to sleep and it keeps him Asleep now in the mornings. He does feel sleepy, but I don’t have much of a problem waking him up so if you need these for emergencies, I would recommend because they do work, but I would recommend giving small pieces because they’re so strong but honestly, I stopped giving them to him just because I don’t like to see him really tired like that and I don’t ever want him to be in such a deep sleep and start choking or something but they’re melatonin. It’s not an narcotic. They’re not unsafe but you just never know like I said for me, they’re too strong for him. They do really work so I would recommend for maybe a bigger child who’s having trouble sleeping they even work for me. I took one one night and they actually made me sleepy so can you imagine on a tiny tiny body.

Use 2 tablets every night to fall asleep. Works great!

Used this for awhile to help my 4 year old fall asleep at night. After 6 months or so, we noticed he was so tired during the day and having increased behaviors at school. Stopped the melatonin and his behaviors pretty much disappeared. He went from being on the verge of suspension to now doing so well. It worked for what we wanted it to, just maybe not so great for our child. He seemed groggy from it.

These keep our son asleep and make it easier for him to fall asleep. I give him 1 about an hour before bedtime and another right at bedtime. He is almost 9 years old.
