This is my first set of bowls. They look beautiful and sound beautiful. The tone lasts a long time and some, when played together, make gorgeous chords. Mine are not perfect pitch -- They are between -37 and +20 cents away from perfect pitch, but are great for my needs. They come with very well-padded bags for transport. I would suggest being careful when unpacking them and saving the plastic bags that each bowl is wrapped in. The plastic bags will help you get the bowls out of the padded bags more easily if you ever transport them. One reviewer mentioned putting each bowl in one of those thin cloth shopping bags before putting them in the separate padded portion of the case, but I think the plastic bags that they are shipped in will work very well. Since the bowls come packed in the plastic bags they are free ;) . I will be using this set of bowls for sound healing sessions with my yoga and meditation group participants along with metal bowls and instruments I already own. I am excited to have these at a reasonable price.

These bowls are beautiful! I am a complete novice and haven’t tried to play them yet but am familiar as a friend let me try hers so kind of know what to do. They are beautifully packaged. They come with padded liners so are well protected. The only thing I did because I can be a real fumble- fingers was put the two largest bowls in nylon totes with carry handles to make it easier to lift them out of their bags. I love that the zippers are dual and are covered with a Velcro flap closure and the handles have the wrap for the bag straps. The bowls feel sturdy and everything promised was enclosed. The mallets have lovely wooden handles and the suede ones are quality too. The price for this set was affordable for me and I hope to learn to play these bowls soon. I even love the bags! Purple-my favorite color. Update from 5/23/23: Played bowls yesterday and am so happy. They all “sing” beautifully with both type strikers. My photo is shown with the largest bag in my own tote bag with handles. I’m 72 and don’t have the strength and dexterity I used to do this is just an added tool that helps. I wanted to mention that the outer box was clearly marked “fragile” in an extra- thick cardboard box and the interior boxes were well- padded. I was a little worried about the shipping since I live in Hawaii and have had some “interesting” experiences with things shipped here. This company obviously respects it’s product and packages it accordingly.

Beautiful! I also have a colored CVNC set that I adore and use in my healing practice, these white frosted bowls sing longer and louder, so we are getting acquainted as I learn their nuances, but the tones are spot on! For this specific set, the G and A bowls are the same size and the smallest two in the set, the B note is bigger than the G, but all 3 play the note they should, just not in the traditional graduated sizing. Great value for sure.

When my 7 piece singing bowl set arrived, 2 of the bowls appeared to be damaged during shipping, so I reached out to the seller who quickly responded within 24 hours and had replacements sent out to me no questions asked. Obviously you can't account for what happens in transit, and I was worried I would have to go through a long drawn out process before seeing resolution, but they simply asked for a photo of ALL of the singing bowls, so they could identify exactly which ones were damaged, and then promptly sent me replacements within 24 hours. The way they handled the matter really shows their commitment to providing outstanding customer service. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. As for the bowls themselves, they sound beautiful, they are very good quality and are an excellent first set or travel set for anyone getting into the art of sound healing.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in these bowls. The quality is poor.. I have been a sound therapist for over a decade. THESE bowls are so thin... OUT of this investment.. Three have shattered. Just tap in the middle body to slightly activate... The original crystal bowls I have have been with me for over 8 years. ALL intact... the width appears to be more than double that of the new, lesser-quality bowls I received?

I received this set in good condition. The packaging was protective and it was actually very time consuming to unpack. As a result, all of the bowls were intact upon delivery. I noticed that the 2 smaller bowls had a very short sustain of about 10-15 seconds whereas the other bowls would go for about 30-35 seconds. I reached out to customer service and after a bit of time, they wrote back to say they were delayed due to Chinese New Year. Then they asked for a video. I tried to send one but it said files were too big even after I shortened it. I let them know and they said to send it through google. I have no idea how to do that and wrote them back again and have not heard anything since. We're coming up on the 30 day mark for returns so my guess is that they’re just delaying until it’s past that window. The bowls are “ok”. You get what you pay for. The padded cases are nice. EDIT: Soon after I placed this review I received a response from the company. They immediately sent out a new set which came nicely packaged again and intact. The new bowls are much better and I’m perfectly satisfied. I’ve changed my review at their request to reflect the service and quality of items.
