Ok soo I’m going to say what everyone else says, I never write reviews mainly because I’m never overly satisfied with a product, but not in this case. I suffer from hypothyroidism and it has been debilitating for me over the last 9 years. I’ve taken prescribed medication and it has done nothing. I was told my a friend to try it and first I looked at the reviews and the first thing I noticed is that it helps with the function of the thyroid. I was intrigued so I purchased my first bottle and after 3 weeks.... I am in total shock at how much of a difference I feel. From my mood, to my anxiety, to my sleep patterns and the biggest thing of all for me is that I don’t feel like a truck hit me during the day. I am fully energized and the debilitating effects of my thyroid ailments are in check! If you suffer from thyroid problems please just give this a try!! After 9 years of hashimoto disease and lack of energy, this has removed all those barriers!!!

I wish they had different sizing as it isn't easy to swallow but they are effective. Definitely helps with bloating and feeling better after a while.
