Very easy to install ! A bit taller than we thought but it worked out ok ! It definitely cleans the drinking water for a better taste ! I’m even going to get more The only down side is replacement filters where to purchase they make it hard to find ! But definitely recommend this product

Installation was easy and the filter has removed the tap water taste from my water. So far I'm very impressed!

The filter is very easy/simple to install. I installed it under the kitchen sink in less that 10 minutes. Works great. The difference in taste and smell of the water is very noticeable. I brought this to remove the smell and taste of our city water. No more chlorine taste/smell. The only negative is that does lower the water pressure coming from the faucet. Not a lot, but it is noticeable.

Moved into a new house just outside a city, not expecting that I was going to have unexpected brown water 2x a month without notice. I had always lived within the city that never had this problem so it never crossed my privledged mind that brown water was going to be issue. Water filter for the main water line in our house was going to be super costly so I came to the decision with my fiancé that we’d atleast get a water filter for the kitchen sink until we can afford one for the main water line. This filter was easy to install and fit perfectly under our sink as it’s slim and isn’t an eye sore. It was a little bigger than we expected but they tell you to measure before you buy it. I did notice that one day we had brown water but the kitchen sink water was running clear so it definitely works. It’s nice to not have to worry that we’d suddenly have brown water when it comes to cooking or even hosting people. I did notice that there is water scale still on some of our cutlery/cooking ware but I’m pretty sure the company states it doesn’t remove minerals in the water. With the price that I paid and that the filter only get replaced every 3 years, it is very affordable. Even if my filter needs to be replaced sooner due to harder water, it’s still affordable compared to other filters. Regarding water pressure, it remains the same for me. I’ve read reviews of people saying their water pressure has drastically decreased but I think they did something wrong. My water pressure is still powerful and even still sprays water everywhere, getting water droplets on everything around the sink - on the highest setting. I would definitely recommend this! Update 8/5/23 - Water pressure is still pretty strong considering it was previously powerful. I usually avoid running the water when it’s brown but I’ve ran the water through the filter a few times while it was discolored and it came out clear. I probably will end up changing it at the 3 year mark.

Great value. I replaced an existing system which required a new cartridge every year with a cost of about $300 each time. The cost of the Waterdrop filter system is minimal compared with that brand and the filter actually lasts longer and is comparatively effective. The water tastes great. Even though I needed some extra parts to get the product to connect, the service department was extremely helpful and actually reimbursed me for the parts I had to buy at a hardware store. I highly recommend the Waterdrop product.

Been using this for a while now, very happy with the quality and the functionality. It’s taken out the chlorine taste of our water. We’re very happy with this purchase. Would recommend this one.

I bought and installed this unit a few months ago and am very happy with the quality of water it filters. I have very hard water in my area and a water filter is required if you don't want to taste the strong mineral flavor that comes from my tap. Installation was simple, quick, and straightforward with the steps being outlined detailed and the kit included a little sticker guide which made drilling accurately very easy. There is a clear reduction in water pressure when you turn on the cold water (the pipe that the filter should be installed on). However it isn't enough for it to be a big issue since you can fill up large containers of water in a fast amount of time compared to my previous water filter. The filter state they can last 19,000 gallons however I assume that is in ideal conditions and doesn't take into account areas with harder water. However with how cheap the replacement filters are, I can just go ahead and buy one every year and take the 5 seconds or so it takes to swap it out. I wish the filters would have some kind of indicator that shows its almost done but again I can't hate too much on it considering it's price. All in all it is a good value and well worth the price to get fresh drinking water in an easy to install fashion.

Problème de plomb dans l'eau et odeur de chlore importante, tout est réglé. Nous utilisions un filtre de type Brita auparavant, vraiment rien de comparable avec ce filtre sous l'évier. Facile à installer (genre 5 minutes), la pression d'eau est excellente et l'eau qui en sort est cristalline, sans odeurs et sans plomb mais n'a pas perdu toute sa saveur, l'eau ne goûte pas l'eau stérile comme certaines eaux filtrées. Je vais en installer un au chalet également. C'est vraiment un super produit. Je recommande fortement.

I’m very happy with this Waterdrop WD-17UA water filtration system. The replacement unit arrived safely and is working perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with the product. I believe that customer service is what ultimately completes the image of a product and a brand. No matter how good a product may be, poor or unsatisfactory customer support can easily damage the overall impression of the company. In that regard, my experience with Lene was exceptional. She was kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire replacement process. She made sure my issue was properly resolved and even followed up afterward to confirm that everything was working well. Her excellent service made an already great product even better in my eyes. The Waterdrop filtration system itself has been excellent, and this experience reminded me that there is a reason Waterdrop has earned such a strong reputation as a leading brand. Very happy with this product. Easy to install. My partner took about 5mins to put it for me. It's tall but fit perfrctly, didn't take too much space and stylish. Water taste smoother and same flow, so very happy.

The first one a bought worked flawlessly for 3 months and then it would stop the cold water when I opened the faucet to full. I could only open the cold about 30% or it would rumble and shut off. I went through customer service where Carina and Tania helped me troubleshoot the problem and see if a solution could be found. Since the problem couldn't be resolved, they sent me a whole new unit and I'm pleased to say that it's working like a charm again! Water tastes great and without any further issues, we're looking to becoming long time customers. It's seriously easy to install and the filters are rated to last 3 years, saving you so much money over the Brita system we has before which is more costly as you have to buy filters every 3 months. We highly recommend this product and like I mentioned before, Waterdrop has great customer service with quick responses and excellent communication.
