We have partnered with local farmers in South America where they grass-feed their cattle. In fact, some of the best beef in the world comes from this region. They are cleaned with water and baked in an FDA-approved facility. From there, the meat is shipped to the United States where it is hand inspected by our team before arriving at your doorstep.

what's the best way to cut these? some are very long and awkward for our dog.

Actually, I used a bolt cutter. Lesser cutting tools are more difficult and dangerous. Now I just order a size that needn't be cut

Are these messy, crumbly?

They can be just a tad greasy but not crumbly or messy. Sometimes stinky but its the only chew that the dog loves that also last hours
