Good information for me just starting

Leider teilweise schwer nachvollziehbare, weil ungenaue Abbildungen der Bewegungen vor allem in Kapitel 5. Die Pfeile bei den Zeichnungen repräsentieren die Bewegungsrichtungen. Wenn man sich erst einmal daran gewöhnt hat ist das ganz brauchbar. Gut auch der Teil mit dem einzeln aufgeführten Blocktechniken (Kapitel 4). Ein Stern Abzug für die undeutlichen Zeichnungen in Kapitel 5.

I really like this book, the translation is a bit literal but the pictures are clear and it's a great introduction to the dummy form with some interesting additional information a d training tips. I want to make an audio talk through of the form to help me learn the form and this book is an ideal guide! 😃
