Edit: The support team did respond and are sending me a replacement funnel! They also explained that they will report the small bead like things to their packaging team to ensure better inspection on all future orders. This takes it from 2/5 to 5/5 in my book! Great response time and quick action taken!! This case is incredibly sturdy! Each little container has its own spot and makes it secure for travel. The case is easy to use & is very well made, not to mention beautiful. It fits perfectly with my art board. The interlocking drill holder things and the heart shaped diamond wax is so cute!! And the multi diamond art pens is pretty nice. The problem comes from within. For one, there were a ton of little black balls inside, once I opened it they were everywhere. I have zero idea where they came from, but they were annoying to clean up. Second issue, the funnel. It came dirty, sticky and warped, rendering it unusable as the drills stick to the inside. I did reach out to support on this issue, if a resolution is made I will change my review, but until then 2/5 stars due to the funnel being awful (needed to fill the little containers, luckily I made a makeshift paper one for now) and the weird little black balls being EVERYWHERE.

This is a great case. Pretty and well made. Comes with everything a beginner like me needs to start diamond painting. Also has enough space to put extra items you may use. My only complaints are the tweezers kind of suck (bought me a good pair) and the funnel is a little wonky (but still very usable). I would purchase again and highly recommend.

I am new to this craft/hobby. I found out early on that organization would be needed. This storage container is perfect. It offers tools I didn't know I needed til I needed them. Great setup for beginners. Very easy to use. The case is attractive and easy to carry around if needed. Also when you are not working on the project, it offers easy storage and quick clean up.

This kit is such a great addition to my Diamond Art hobby. I use it to store all the beads for each project plus all my tools. I love the easy labeling for each of the plastic bottles, and the mesh holder in the top of the kit allows me to keep a lot of other items all in one place. I like to take my Diamond Art projects when we travel and this keeps everything all in one place. Great quality!

Easy to work with, holds a lot of diamond dots. Funnel, a bit funky but workable

Product quality overall very good; the funnel included was smashed and can't straighten it enough to be of any use (it is collapsible design, but appears very cheaply made). Otherwise the bag and bead containers are very nice and will suit my needs.

My wife has been keeping her diamond and other branded beads in their regular bags, wrapped in a shopping bag for months. She has acquired so many that it has been difficult to maintain. Each brand has their own unique numeric identifier as well to each color. The kit comes with a sticker sheet so that each vital can be easily identified with what she writes on them. The kit comes with additions supplies too, including the little stick things that grabs the putty. We got the 2 layer one, though I think it may not be ample enough for her needs over time. This kit is great for organizing beads from basis brands and is much less expensive than having bins that aren't stationary. She can take this wherever she goes and doesn't have to be bound to doing her art in one area. Great little kit.

Works great and fit in my travel bag well. Purchased so I could travel with my diamond painting for hotel downtime and I love it. The containers seal well and it holds everything I need. Arrived just as described.
