It looks and feels solid and precision made of stainless steel and I'm expecting it to last a good while. I really liked that you can take it apart to loop round the rope or wire. Bit pricey but worth it.

This little beast seems indestructible. We have it installed above our loft hatch and use it to haul heavy things up there, and it's perfect for that. Good quality, sturdy, and fit for purpose.

What a cracking piece piece of kit for the the price. Only one failing, no solid spacer between the the two ball races. This short coming is quickly over come with a few M10 plain washers, undo M10 bolt through pulley, pull out pulley from shieve. Bearings will drop out of pulley, put one bearing back into pulley, stack M10 washers inside between bearings replace other bearing and squeeze bearings together with finger pressure. The correct number of washers will allow the bearings slight side to side play, no side play, add more washers, too much side play remove a washer. Replace M10 bolt and tighten fully. This should stop the pulley rubbing on the shieve when under load. Those with a lathe can machine a solid spacer, mine was 5.25mm. If you are using this device outside in the rain, change the bearings to 6000rs, I used stainless steel bearings which were less than £3.00 each on Amazon.

Lockdown has us training more at home and now easing has started to take place and having others to visit to train too it's time to crank it up a notch. For most exercises that can be carried out on a cable machine, we have been using multiple sets of resistance tubes, with each set set up to replicate a particular exercise that would be performed on the cable machine itself such cable flyes (2 sets required), triceps pushdowns/overhead extensions, bicep curls and even through to ab crunches. All performed just fine but for some exercises and a severe pump a true cable pulley has been in much need, this is where this pulley wheel comes in to play to make our own cable pulley. Whilst we could have purchased a premade setup from one of many sellers, these kits don't have much in the way of weight capacity, with most sitting around 20kg whereas for myself I need something in the region of 70kg for some exercises and more for a lot more. Massive difference. Having seen many diy setups, it was time to do my own. Firstly, the pulley has a weight capacity that will easily accommodate the weights need for all of my exercises plus a lot harder wearing than the plastic pulley often included with the premade kits. The construction of the pulley is top-notch as you'd expect for something capable of holding up to 500kg. In motion, the pulley is smooth and silent with the plastic-covered cable wire rolling without drag or any sticky points as I perform my exercises. Whether just loading 50kg or 100kg it has been faultless and I can imagine it being the same at greater weights. This is a great product. Quiet and smooth action for my home gym. I wish they had been available during the lockdown after having to put up with the noise of the M25 pulleys which was all I could seem to get. I am only using a low weight for aerobic exercise and high reps so they get a lot of movement. Highly recommended.

Ho voluto scommettere su questo prodotto acquistandolo nonostante non ci fossero feedback ne altro, ed il mio coraggio è stato premiato perchè queste 2 carrucole che ho acquistato sono davvero favolose ed eccellenti in tutto e per tutto. Sono interamente in acciaio ( testato con calamita ) hanno 2 cuscinatti, il perno centrale si può eventualmente smontare per una lubrificazione e rimontare facilmente. Il bullone che collega la carrucola all'occhietto è saldato in modo eccellente! esteticamente ( anche quello conta ) è davvero bello essendo rifinito in modo impeccabile. È grande, molto robusta, resistente, estremamente solida e si percepisce sin da subito. Ho acquisto questa carrucola al fine di ricreare a casa il macchinario con i cavi presente in palestra, ed ho fatto centro pieno poichè questo prodotto è realmente professionale ( può essere usato a livello amatoriale ma è un prodotto altamente professionale interamente in acciaio 304 che supporta 500 kili ) . Consiglio questo prodotto senza alcun dubbio a chi vuole ricreare una palestra professionale a casa! ps: vi consiglio di comprare la corda, i ganci, i moschettoni e tutti gli altri accessori fatti interamente in acciaio e che supportino carichi oltre i 100 kili in modo da restare sempre su un livello alto e realmente professionale! De haak waar je hem aan ophangt is gelast aan de bout, maar heeft wat speling en is draaibaar. Ik heb met 2 17mm-sleutels de as eruit gehaald om de ijzerdraad over het wiel te krijgen. Daarna weer alles in elkaar zetten. Afhankelijk van hoe sterk je de moeren aandraait loopt het wiel soepel. Of die echt 500kg duurzaam kan dragen weet ik niet, maar bij mij is die prima (draagt zo’n 20kg). Aanrader!
