I’ve had this nail drill for about a year now, so I feel like I can give a pretty honest review. I have short, natural nails and usually do a combination manicure once a week. This has made doing my nails and pedicures at home so much easier. It has plenty of power, several speed settings, and you can switch between forward and reverse. There are also lots of different attachments, so I can use it for different things. The LED light is really handy, especially when I’m working around my cuticles. I especially like using it on my toenails. It makes smoothing and cleaning them much easier than trying to do everything with a regular nail file. And here’s my little life hack: after I finish, I use the soft attachment to gently buff my cuticles and then apply cuticle oil. A manicurist did this for me at a salon once, and my cuticles looked so smooth and well-groomed afterward. I started doing the same thing at home, and I really love the result. The case is also a nice bonus. Everything fits inside, and it’s easy to take the whole kit with me when I travel. After a year of using it regularly, I’m still happy with it and definitely get a lot of use out of it.

I've had this 3 years now and it still works great, and I've not had to replace any of the bits, so I've upped it a star for durability and also replacement accessories can be purchased at this point. I would say my use of the product is fairly light, but I still probably use it a couple times a week It is good product and worth the extra money compared to some others. update- Had this for a year and it still works great. I was a little worried about replacement accessories but they seem to be available now so I guess it was a pandemic supply issue thing.I use it pretty often and although I've used a few of the coarse drums for rough shaping and callous removal I have plenty left. The other accessories have held up fine and I don't think I'll need to replace them anytime soon. I'm very happy with the quality. I'm pretty satisfied so far with the performance of this nail drill and it does all I want it to do. I've been using it to trim both my toenails and fingernails and it's done an especially great job cleaning up my problem toenails which as I've gotten older have thickened substantialy. It has all the power needed to thin excess nail material to the point they look pretty good.The switch is a little tricky as it is a rotating collar and is a little difficult to move but once I got used to it I had no problem.The led light is very helpfull. Replacement bits are an issue at this time as after checking the company website it appears they are consistently sold out, and the ones available on Amazon don't fit my MP62 model. I am hoping this is a temporary supply chain issue as the bits appear to be nonstandard bits made for the Beurer brand.Also they appear to be available only as a full set, and the set is fairly expensive, almost 2/3 the price of the complete unit.The sanding drums are generic I think but the ones that come with the Beurer are very good quality although you only get ten and their all the same grit. That being said I don't think I'll be needing bit replacements for a while as they seem to be very durable.Once inserted they stay in very securely and I'm wondering if the bits for this unit were redesigned to address complaints by others of bits falling out during use.I bought the 24 piece unit which includes the MP62 drill and the bits for this unit seem to be different than other Beurer drills.Some reviewers have complained about their drills being underpowered but I don't find mine to be at all and I was certainly not looking for anything like a Dremmel tool as I think something along those lines would be alittle dangerous.It can remove material at a pretty substantial rate and you will see dust flying. The variable speed is great and gives you a little more power if you need to remove thick material and a little finesse for finishing up. The Beurer is just right for me(I bought it to do just basic hygenic nail management).The real test is durablity but if I got even a couple years of use I'd feel satisfied.I took a star off because the company needs to do a little better in terms of attachment availability which obviuosly is important with a device that uses consumables like this one.It comes with a nice case,feels good in your hand,and the build quality in my opinion is very good.

Really love it, very convenient. After eight years, it finally broke. I'm getting exactly the same one. I bought it the last time in 2018, and having kept my nails pristine since then. One star off because it broke, but then what did I expect? I guess after eight years and probably using it every three to six weeks, that's to be expected.

If you need one of these, this is a good choice. It claims German engineering design, but it's made in East Asia - you know where. I didn't find any manufacturing or design deficiencies, and it works well. They provide a handy storage bag and some plastic inserts for drill and accessory storage which do not impress me. The attachments fit in a little plastic stacking device of very minimal quality but effective. It's not an impressive tool holder, but they have slots conforming to the accessories - the grinding and polishing drills. The little LED light is actually handy, and the motor works well as do the various attachments that I have used. You may want to use one of those face masks left over from Covid because if you start to grind away nails - you get nail dust! I store it with a dedicated extension cord because I am that kind of guy, and you want plenty of freedom of action. I have used it several times over months without trouble - it could stand much more regular use, and then I would make more effort in managing its application. You may want a dedicated tray to keep the little attachments together with the device if you are changing among them. The core device is impressive - very much like a Dremel hobby drill set, but the economy case and accessory storage are unimpressive. It's not a deal breaker - they work, and you just have to be careful not to let anything escape from your attention or control as the accessories are small and unique to this tool. I felt silly spending this much on a nail drill, but I needed it, and I am glad I went for the apparent quality. Life is short and cheap tools don't prolong it. This is a good looking and effective device for you nail grinding needs.

Just received this nail drill today, it works great very efficient. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nail drill to remove gel, acrylics etc. easy to use.

I tried the product. The speed sounded slow on the numbers but it was fine for normal use. I liked the light on the tip. Not much vibration.

I got model MP62 - because it comes with the most attachments for detailed work + no batteries/ charging. I have deep sidewalls, and I need to file them down regularly to prevent ingrown nail. It is exactly what I needed, works great. I used lowest speed setting and cleaned everything exactly how I wanted. I had very similar nail drill in the past, but since it broke down my nails went downhill. For couple of years all I could find were battery operated drills, that I did not want. I don’t want to worry about battery life and capacity, and running out of battery while I still need the power. I want simple solution and don’t mind using extension cord or sitting close to a wall plug. I was stoked to find this product, almost the same as my old device. It comes with a short cord, but it stretches quite a bit, but then it pulls the plug a bit off the device. I always find those built-in lights unnecessary, since I still another good source of light to see what I am doing, but overall it is excellent product, 100% recommend for any nails. It also dual voltage device, great for international travels. Comes with a neat case and a organizer. Love this product and the fact, that non of it is cheaply built. Hope to get the health of my nails back soon!

Should have purchased this sooner! Easy to use, lots of speed settings, forward and reverse rotation, great attachments, powerful, does not heat up and does not hurt. Only negative is you cannot replace attachments via Amazon, you have to contact the manufacturer.

Já tive outro modelo da Beurer bem mais potente, este modelo é mais fraco pois o "motor" é dentro da "caneta" onde acoplados a "broca".

I have only used this a few times. The initial reason I bought it was to deal with a couple of thick tonails. Works great for that. BUT I used to use a stainless steel file for my dry heals. I have yet to turn it up to full speed (don't want to rip my skin off ). Easy does it...one speed at a time. After I used this for my heals, they stayed soft for over a week. Normally when I use the hand held file (stainless steel) my feet are very rough afterwards. Hated it. So I am very impressed and looking forward to trying all of the attachments that come with it. I would buy again.
