This tablet is Incredibly slow to the point that it’s barely useable. Sometimes connects to the WiFi, sometimes it doesn’t (more often than not). It does come with some preloaded games but my toddler lost interest after 2 days of trying to play them because of the lag. I would recommend spending a little more on a better quality tablet.

The tablet worked great when we first got it, however everything electrical can have issues especially when they're handled by children. I appreciate how quickly customer service responded and how kind they were in the situation and they're willingness to communicate via email. Something went wrong with the battery at some point and it quit working but they were willing to send us a new one. There's no parental factory settings so I had to download a parental app. That's the only thing that could be improved upon.

Kids love it. The pre installed programs are loved by my autistic 6 year old. Only complaint is that in the animal app they use the other word for Rooster that they know can mean a naughty word so they constantly press on it and the tablet says the word. Other than that, battery life is shorter than others I've used, but it does its job and comes with 2 different types of chargers and the safety cover. Lots of parental controls!

My son loves his tablet when we are going on car rides and everything about it is great but the speed is a little slow meaning it is a little laggy but once we put on his show, the video runs great!

This tablet is a handy tool, especially with a child that has sensory needs. Easy to set up, good parental controls, and easy for a child to use. The battery life isn't the best for a tablet but it's great as a distraction for use on a shopping trip or when you're trying to cook dinner.

Ultimately we returned this product. Tried this out for our 4 year old. Wanted to go the cheap route due to her age, but it wasn’t worth the hassle. It’s incredibly slow. And for a 4 year old, patience isn’t something she has a lot of! Glitches and encounters errors. Also the menu buttons to get back to the Home Screen or close apps are hidden so when you tap near the bottom they appear. They would constantly appear when my daughter was trying to play games or swipe and she would get frustrated. That’s probably a setting I could change, but didn’t bother because of the other problems. Battery life says 5-6 hours (or something fairly acceptable) but you have to power it off, not just put to sleep or it drains the battery. It’s not like an iPad. The pros: the pritcom game pack/software is great programming for kids. Very good educational games. Hope we can get similar games on a better device with a faster processor.

The touch screen freezes more often and battery life is worse as advertised . Stay away from this cheapie. It still breaks with the protective case on. And when you contact seller for replacement they ignore your concern and direct the conversation to 15% discount if you repurchase.

Very slow does not work as a normal tablet will not hold a charge can not play or download games.... Camera is also crap....

Processing is very slow...touch screen doesnt work properly....battery life is 3 to 4 hrs hardly
