Very happy during Covid. I lost about 40% of my hair. Started using this a year or two afterwards and hair has come back rather nice. It’s nice to hear the barber not say should I take too much off the top, you’re kind of balding.

I wouldn't say it made my hair grow, which I know is sometimes the intended reason for talking these...but I did notice an increase in nail and hair strength, less breakage and more shine. I take once a week because it is a high dose. I didn't notice and stomach issues while taking, so that is a plus.

I am copying and pasting my review for Biotin from the review i wrote for Gelatin capsules that i also ordered on Amazon, because my story involves several products working together to create healthier, prettier, stronger nails over the last 5 1/2 months. Sorry for copying and pasting. I think just using one of the products alone might not be beneficial, therefore i want to share everything i have done: My doctor recommended that i start taking Gelatin for my nails. Last September when i had my physical he noticed my nails and how bad they looked. I thought i was doomed for bad nails because all my life they have been weak, brittle, chipped, peeled, etc. It seemed that no matter what i did, they wouldn't grow or become strong. He had also suggested taking Biotin, which i had done in the past but never given it the time to see results. This time he said it could take 6 months to see progress. I started taking Biotin and Gelatin in October, and right away(within several weeks) my nails began to improve. (it is now February) I have to admit i am also using Nailtiques Nail Protein Formula 2 Plus religiously like it says on the directions. Also using the Nailtiques oil and the Nailtiques non-acetone polish remover. This combination has proven to work for me. I had some discouaging moments in the first few weeks as the nails would continue to start to peel just as they peeked over the tip of the finger, but i was relentless in using all these products. I would cut the nail back and start over. Patience has paid off, and now i have stronger prettiier nails that have not split, chipped, or peeled except one time when i got my thumb nail caught on something and it broke. (imagine it being long enough to get caught on something, lol) I cannot believe they are my real nails. Wish i could post a picture. Now I am having to learn how to type on a keyboard having nails, lol! A good problem to have. All of these products can be ordered on Amazon. I also bought some really good latex free gloves (several pair to keep around the house) to wear in the kitchen, bathroom, and sometimes while even just washing my face because water is so hard on my nails. I take this daily for my hair. It provides vital nutrients that my thyroid needs and has helped the fragile state of my hair tremendously. If I miss taking it for a number of days (which has happened), I notice a change in my hair almost immediately.

Thus is my second time buying this, it works for me, my hair was more healthy, I've always had great skin, it did grow my nails and made them a little harder. I do recommend this product..It DID NOT AFFECT MY BLOOD PRESSURE..👍🏽

Wow this definitely made my nails healthier and longer. Usually they’re thin and break easily but they’re so strong now. I bought these more for my hair though. My hair is a mess. I had radiation a couple of years ago and lost a huge patch. My hair still constantly falls out and it’s pretty dry and thin. I’ve been taking these for maybe a month now. I don’t see a huge difference with my hair. It’s definitely longer, and it does seem thicker, but nothing drastic. I’ll keep taking them for now. I definitely recommend them for nails! Not sure about hair yet :) EDIT: I forgot to take them for a while and I was like whatever they don’t work that well for me anyway. I was wrong. My nails instantly started breaking again. So I started taking the biotin again and my nails stopped breaking. I’ve been taking it consistently for a while now and literally my nails don’t break. Ever. Also I noticed my hair stopped falling out. Before, every time I brushed my hair I lost a clump. I was scared to wash it cause so much came out. I’m not even kidding, my hair seriously doesn’t fall out. And I’ve been dying my hair black for years with box dye but I decided I wanted to strip it and go back to brown but add some pink. I lightened my hair twice in a row to get the black out and then bleached it and added some pink and NO hair fell out. I really thought I was gonna damage the cr$p out of my hair but it’s perfectly healthy. Sorry my review is so long, but take these consistently for a few months and you will notice a difference!!

as advertised everyday essential supplement, go to brand, stocked up and happy it came delivered well wish it was a deal or discount since I normally buy their products but it is what it is

Cheaper on Amazon than in stores. This is the only brand I use and trust. Since using my hair grows better and my nails arw insanely long and thick. Will buy again.
