Very nice 100% waterproof PVC jacket. Quality comparable to Grundens but at a fraction of the price. I purchased the XL navy blue jacket but the color is not a deep blue but kind of blue/grayish in color. XL Fits nicely but I think an XXL would’ve fit me well too if I had to wear thicker clothing. I bought one for each member in the family in different colors. We use it for heavy rain days to keep dry. Not like the lightweight cheap “breathable” rain jackets that get soaked quickly in heavy rain. 100% happy with this purchase, highly recommend this jacket for heavy rain days.

Wanted a PVC rain jacket that was waterproof and wind proof to use in Wisconsin October and November fall weather were holding heat in is a good thing. This does the trick my complaint about the jacket is it has snaps instead on a zipper. Fit was good, I purchased a large and I’m 5’ 10” and weigh 185 lbs.

The Helly Hansen Men’s Mandal Jacket is my go-to for working outside in different weather. It holds up really well in rain and wind, and keeps me dry without feeling stiff or uncomfortable. So I got this for my dad because he was always asking to use mine. It’s true to size, it completely blocks water and wind, but it doesn’t breathe so it gets hot. I’ve had mine for a few years and it’s never let me down, and now my dad loves his!

Definitely sturdy and rainproof, but the snap closure leaves much to be desired. They unsnap when bending over to, for example, pick up and bag my dog's waste. A good, sturdy zipper would be preferable. The company has a stellar reputation, but this is a bit of a disappointment.
