Does this shield comes with installation instructions? Or do you just have to figure out yourself, where all the screws and fasteners go?

It does not come with instructions but is very easy to figure out.

will this fit a g35x 2008 model?

I do not think that it would fit. I looked it up online and the bolt holes look different compared to this one and the shape is a little different. They do have them out there though, unfortunately I did not find any for you g35x here on Amazon, you will need to go on google to find the right fit. Hope this helps!
