Putbull Silver PRO Electric Razor

Hands down the best head shaver available at price point. I have had the Scull Shaver Silver for a few months and I am continually impressed with how well it works. It provides clean smooth shaves with minimal maintenance and cleaning. I prefer to use shave cream as it seems to add to the comfort and performance. I have gone up to 5 days between shaves and it performs perfectly. I would recommend purchasing the holder base for between use storage. Additionally the unit lasts multiple shaves on a single charge with plenty of run time and warning when charging is needed. A great unit!

Great product! I bought replacement heads on Amazon for cheaper than the brand website. Easy to use, a charge holds up for several uses, it’s lightweight and can be held comfortably.

I've been using the silver skull shaver for a few months, and I love it. Right off the bat, I would suggest buying the gold version. It wasn't available when I bought mine, so I went with the silver. It works great. I would recommend this to anyone. Why the gold over the silver? Why not the platinum? The platinum is good for some one who travels alot, I guess. Let me back up a bit. The battery life of the Silver, is 30 minutes. There is no digital display letting you know how much of the battery is left, so you end up (atleast I do) charging it after every use. The last thing you want, is to be shaving, and the battery dies half way through. I shave every 3 or 4 days, and the shaver is on for about 10 minutes or so. Obviously it's on longer if I go 5 or 6 days instead. If you go on vacation, you will end up bringing the cord with you. The Gold, and Platinum, both have a 90 minute battery. You can use it for a week, without worrying about charging the battery, and there is a digital display, letting you know how much battery is left. The platinum also has a travel lock. When engaged, it keeps the shaver from turning on in your luggage. I don't know how that could happen, but it must happen enough to have made them add this feature to the 200 dollar shaver. The silver is 100 dollars, while the gold is only 10 dollars more at 110. I don't know if motor strength increases with the different shavers, but I have run in to 1 issue. While shaving my skull, the blades will stop from time to time. It didn't start until I had the device for about 5 months. I try not to put much pressure on it, but sometimes you have to use pressure to get the closest shave possible. It doesn't stop evey time I use it, only once in a while, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Also, the shaver can be used wet or dry, with or without shaving gel or cream. I use nothing. I do, however, put lotion on my dome after I shave it. You can get it on Amazon. It's called Bee Bald Heal Post-shave Healing Balm. It's very soothing. I'm sure just regular old hand lotion would do the job as well, but the Bee balm helps to prevent bumps and redness. It's great if you are going to shave, then go out. You don't want any redness, or bumps. Especially in the back of your head where there can be some folds. Cleaning the device is extremely easy. I should also mention that the design makes it very easy to hold. I haven't seen anything else out there, like it. I couldn't be talked into buying a different type of shaver. Pitbull has come a long way, and these skullshavers are amazing.

So I have seen these ridiculous ads on Facebook for weeks and I even commented on how stupid they were. Always showing a guy that has already shaved, shaving his head and saying how wonderful the product is. So dumb. But I was tired of shaving every few days and then when I got lazy my hair would grow and shaving was a pain in the neck. So I bit the bullet and ordered this, fully expecting to be disappointed. I can’t believe how wrong I was. I have NEVER been able to use an electric shaver because my face is so sensitive and I always broke out. Not with this shaver. This product is great. The first time I used it I used shaving cream and did it out side the shower. Worked great but was not that convenient. The second time I used it in the shower with shaving cream. Worked great not that convenient. The third time I “risked” it and shaved in the shower with no shaving cream. Worked great. Now that is what I do every day or every other day. On one days growth it takes about 2-3 minutes in the shower, but if you wait a few days and the hair gets longer it takes about 8 or so minutes. Just slower going. I now shave every day and I have it down to 2 minutes. Since I don’t linger in the shower this is perfect. In and out quickly. And MOST IMPORTANTLY there are NO bumps or rashes or anything on my head. When freshly shaved it appears to be as smooth as shaving but if you rub your hand across it, it feels like about half a days growth. The ONLY con I would say about this shaver is the charging port. Why make it a proprietary port (not standard mini usb or type C). Now when I travel I have to take the extra cable with me. This I am sure will be fixed in the next generation and honestly has not been a big deal. If you are on the fence about this. Buy it. It really works as advertised. This is hands down the best head shaver I have tried. It feels extremely ergonomic in the hand and was very easy to use. This shaver also shaves very safely and I experienced no nicks or cuts, or any kind of discomfort. Cleanup is very easy. The quality of the materials is also very high. Charging is excellent. Comparison to other similar products: I have tried 2 other name brand head shavers. Those other products were much lower in quality and I experienced some nicks and irritation using those other products. Overall, this product was the most comfortable to use and a most ergonomic. Great product and I am impressed with the quality! Update July 26, 2024: I've been able to test drive this unit for a bit now. It's even better than I thought! At first I thought I'd never be able to get close to an actual shave with razors. However, once I learned to use the unit a bit more, I've been able to get a very close clean shave on my head. I just needed to learn some added techniques to do it. This is a game changer! I may not need to ever go back to shaving my head with actual razors. And as I got used to the techniques for this electric shaver, it's just been so much easier. Folks, this the game changer! Very comfortable with no nicks whatsoever. And shaving my head with razors and shaving cream before just took so much time and effort. I don't think I'm ever going back to that. Do yourself a favor and try this thing out. And don't bother about the name brands out there as they don't come anywhere close to this product.

Shaver broke just after the 30 day return period expired. I didn't get the extended warranty I bought this on a sale I believe it was $39.99 felt like it would be a good deal. The shaver itself worked well for what I expected. I have very sensitive skin so shaving with a razor is a pain as I have to prep my skin with a really hot towel & exfoliate real well with a firm brush or pad to get a clean shave without irritation. Electric shavers tend to deliver a shave that is not as close but don't require all the extra time in shaving & save me all the ingrown hair & irritation from shaving with a razor. This product did well as far as getting a Close shave. I was fairly impressed with how close it got & how well it was able to get the curves of my face, mustache, even the back of my neck very well. Initially it held a decent charge only requiring a charge every 2 weeks. I typically shave once a week. After a month the battery would no longer hold a charge to shave my face in one charge. Then from the excessive charging required to complete a single shave the charging port of the device faltered & would no longer charge at all. This device is not worth its selling price. I felt like I bought a cheap chinease knock off. I'm currently seeking a new device from a better quality company probably norelco or Remington. This company doesn't even respond to requests for assistance for replacement parts etc. Just complete trash product
