Has anyone tried attaching these to Tevas sandals which in wear with and without socks?

I have not tried them with Teva's, but I do have hem on a pair of running shoes that I don't wear socks with and it prevented the hot spot I was getting from becoming a blister. Worked for me with no problem.

I have a large blister on the ball of foot, which size patch should I get?

I have a new pair of ankle boots that are rubbing both sides of my ankle/leg. Can these help?

A few tips: clean the surface area of your boots with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry. Our patches can be cut or customized to fit just bigger than your problem area. Are these removable? I’m worried if it doesn’t work for me I don’t want to mess up a good pair of running shoes

Thank you for your question! The ENGO patch could be removed by heating the patch with a hairdryer to soften the adhesive. Please note, once removed it will be very hard to reapply the ENGO patch. Make sure you do a trial run where you want the patch in your shoe with the backing still on. Once you feel comfortable with the placement, then remove the backing and apply. Unlike traditional blister bandages, ENGO patches are ultra-thin, 0.015 inches thick, so shoe fit is unchanged.
