No it’s not for that use even if it fits it’s would be a hassle to take it out

Is this snug enough for a 380?

I fit 2 9mm mags for R-51 in each slot. Carry total 4 mags. I think 380 would be awful loose unless carrying 2 in a slot.

Will this fit 15round mags for a Taurus G3?

Yes, pretty universal, but fits with opening side of mag down ( bottom side of mag up).

Has anyone tried this pouch with Hi-Point JHB .45 magazines?

no, but I have two .45's a Bersa and a Colt, both 7 rnd mags and this works fine for both.
