Emerald is a great name brand. As far as I can tell they haven’t changed formula to save money. Most companies do that! I use this product all year long to keep my immunities up!

I take Zinc 25mg with D3 (1000 IU / 25mcg) Been suggested to take Zinc and D3 for best results (Note I am not a Doctor! found info on the net) works for me.
