I will preface this with: if you need antibiotics, you should go to the doctor, this is not a replacement for antibiotics. That being said, I’ve been struggling with getting frequent UTIs for the last year after going 40+ years of NEVER getting them. I met with my gyn several months ago and told her my concern, she said I was doing all the right things, but offered no help. I didn’t pursue it and everything online said low dose antibiotics forever. I did my research and decided to give this a try. I hate to call this a miracle pill but the relief was almost instant.
