Capsules arrive damaged
The order it’s all as expected. Very expensive, I’ve received the right capsules but something very important it’s that the order should arrived more protected, not only inside of a plastic bag. Mostly of my capsules arrived damaged and did not fit the machine, some of them even got stuck inside the machine. Had to use a fork to help me. For capsules this price high, almost double the price at the store brand I expected them to arrive in top quality. Would not buy again, some capsules end up in the bin.

Bent / pressed pods
Pods came bent / pressed. This isn’t always as last 2 times have been minimal bending but this time near half have been bent. Otherwise good taste, and temperature if coffee machine has right puncture (no bending).
