MAHLE Original KL 156/3 Fuel Filter

Direct fit and works great. I always buy these cause they’re affordable and last forever.

Just a heads up. 2005 VW Golf uses one of two fuel filters depending on alot more on the model verification than is provided. Be sure ( which I did not) you do a visual on what type you need. That being said, great product along with Mann for the car. I needed to do more homework than I did.

Fuel Filter was perfect match for my 2006 Jetta

This is the right fuel filter (4.0 bar) for the 2.5L engine. Easy to change (videos are available on YouTube). No need to remove the fuel pump fuse: this won't empty the fuel system, and there is no pressure anyway. Small amount of fuel will drain, so be prepared and stay to the side. I changed mine at 90K miles and cut the old one open to check how dirty it was, and boy, it was really dirty. Before, I had changed the fuel filter on a different car at 40K miles, and it was almost new inside, that's why I stretched it this time to 90K, but it was way too much. Next one I will change between 60K and 80K.

Fits great, packaged well and works like a charm! Meets OEM standards. Works great with my MKV Jetta. Can't complain that I saved $75 doing the install myself

Came on time, sent the right product.Brand is mahle which box says it was made in Germany but the actual filter says made in china lol. As long as it works I don't care where it came from.

Fits like oem, the hoses might need to be turned a little bit to break the seal and make it easier to get off
