We ordered two goals for our backyard court. They came as promised, and were packaged well with no damage. These are heavy duty systems that could be used in a professional gym. The set up was easy (heavy) and the instructions were well put together. The first one took us a little longer, but on the second one we had it installed in about 90 minutes. The operating system for the height adjustment is the smoothest I have ever seen! I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

I got to say, I am very impressed with this company; me and my family debated for a while which brand of hoop to go with and decided to use Ryval; We order it, but when it came, the shipping company only got us one pallets of the two that was supposed to come; I called Ryval and asked about it, they were not aware of the issue, but, they followed thru with the shipping company, got them to get the rest of the parts to me in proper time. That alone left an impression on me, the way they take their product as a pride and made sure we are happy with the delivery; I opened the boxes, everything is very well packaged, very impressive materials (I looked at others to see the quality and not one come close to this product); it is a pricy product for my personal use, but well worth the investment; I will install myself, I have a tractor with attachment and, unlike some of the other ways of installing a hoop, I will drill a 24" hole 5' deep, looking at the weight of this product, it is very important to have the base strong. This hoop will be attached to my new home, if I decide to sell the house, I will for sure buy this same product again. Ryval team, on behalf of my kids, thank much; keep up the good work. Top drawer all the way. Easy to read instructions. Definitely heavy duty. Easy to raise and lower. Test of time next.

Very well made system. Good packaging. Instructions have several contradictions but, common sense prevailed. Online customer service was non-existent. I had/have a few questions and submitted 2 separate inquiries on their online "Customer Service Contact Us" link. Weeks have passed without a single response. Apparently their online system is typical and not actually monitored. The system itself is awesome and pretty easy to install.

Sturdy. Easy to change height of the backboard for my kids. Good looking. Excellent product.

This is an amazing, professional grade basketball hoop. Height can be easily adjusted by using a crank on the back. Very sturdy and will provide years of fun for our child.
