This product seems to have improved my memory and brain focus. I can't say if more expensive supplements work better only that this one works for me.

I conducted a self study of this supplement first I want to note I have ADHD and Autism I am 24 years old and am a freshman in college I am fully functional due to excessive physical therapy and special education from ages 4 to 18 years old I started my study with taking 3 months of this product understanding, memory, and processing in a quick pace became easier every week my entry into college started high and with Bs I stopped taking this product for 2 month and saw a quick decline in my grades and overall work performance I work 2 jobs one grave yard for 6 days a week 38 hrs every week and my day job 3 days a week for 24 hrs a week and I attend school being off this supplement made my ability to handle the load impossible and I saw an increase in stress, inability to time manage and complete task my grades dropped badly and overall everything appeared dull.
