ELEGOO 2PCS Mini Air Purifier with Activated Carbon Filter and Universal Adaptor for LCD/DLP/MSLA Resin 3D Printer

These things really do work to keep teh fumes down when resin printing. I have a Saturn 4 that I run in the garage so it gets really smelly in there, but one of these almost completely eliminated the odor. My only complaint is that there is no indicator showing battery remaining. The light turns red while charging and goes off when it is charged, and that is the only battery indicator you have. We just use one while the other is on the charger, then swap them each day - they seem to last over 8 hours. It's also so quiet that it is hard to tell when it is running.

Elegoo Saturn owner. I have only one printer, and using just one of these clears out my entire room of scent, which is useful in more ways than one.... I tested it by doing an 8 hour print. I left mine OUTSIDE the machine by the two little fans in the back, and it almost immediately started making the area smell normal, and these resin printers are smelly, ha! I also keep it on while washing/curing my prints, and for about an hour after I leave the room. Then I come back, and no smell. Tested it by going for a walk to clear my nose of any smells (its a thing, look it up) and even after cold winter air, no smell that a human can pick up on. Buy it, and you likely only need to use one. I have the main one that I use, and plan on using the second one as a backup in case anything happens to the first. Comes with two extra filters, so one for each. Or for my particular needs, three (including the basic filter from my "spare" unit). BUT, BIG BIG BUT.... You can not find the little activated charcoal filter anywhere. I have looked. I have found similar, but none in the appropriate dimensions, and none that were cheap enough for me to validate shaving the piece down that much. I will be instead buying some activated carbon cotton sheet as a filter. Cut several little squares (as many as needed, obviously) down to size and just layer them in the place where the little charcoal filter would normally go. Great product, works as good as advertised or even better. Stupid filter problem that NEEDS to be fixed. I say buy it, and also add some of that activated charcoal cottons sheets to your cart with it, save yourself the trouble in the future.

Picked up these ELEGOO mini air purifiers for my Bambu Lab P1S enclosure about a month ago and they definitely help with ABS and PETG fumes. The activated carbon filters do their job - my workspace doesn't smell like melted plastic anymore which is nice. My only gripe is I wish they moved more air.

Elegoo products are fantastic as always. Plug and play and product works wonderfully. I also have the saturn 4 ultra 16k, a great addition!

Helped so much with the strong odor of the resin.

I got these because the resin printer in my basement made it hard to be down there while it was operating. I bought these hoping that they would help. These are good but there are a few issues i have that i wish they will fix in the future. I would like to see that the LED would be green when the device turns on so you know it is on. And flash red when battery is low. Pros Small form factor Comes in a pair Has quiet operation Works in my Creality printer. Removes odor during print. Cons The status LED doesn't light up when you turn on the device The fan is low so it is hard to tell when it is on. The battery doesn't last very long. I haven't tested it fully. but its less than 12 hours. There is only one charger when you have a set. There currently is no replacement filters. Fan could be a bit stronger.

I've been using these in my Mars 05 Ultra. They are a good size for one to sit behind the resin vat next to the z-axis tower. I do think they help with the odor slightly, especially being in the enclosure. I have a room air next to the printer outside as well. The noise level is decent, I need to actually hold it near my ear to tell that it has turned on sometimes. The filter cartridges are a little loose in the housing and rattle around when handling, so I'm not sure if any air goes around without being filtered. Could maybe try to wrap some fabric or tape to get a better fit and seal.

I place it upside down over the exhaust vent (next to the resin vat, inside the enclosure), since these fans seem to intake from the sides and exhaust out the top after passing the air through the carbon filter. I did add 4 strips of electrical tape around the vent to neck it down to the size of this filter. If I am printing something for a few hours and I have both fully charged, I will put one upside down over that vent, and the other right side up, both inside the enclosure of course. Where I currently live, I would have complaints about the smell of the resin, it never bothered me but I could smell it and I know that some people complain of headaches from the smell. After getting these filters, I have not heard any such complaints. No one even seems to be able to tell when I am printing something, granted, my printer is behind a closed door and next to an exterior window

I do love the brand, but sadly these are useless, they do nothing at all, smell is still and not even reduced by 10%, i put one in the machine and one outside the machine and still nothing, i wish i knew i would have invested in a big air filter instead of this

Despues de unas impresiones les comento que si disminuye el olor en gran medida tal vez un 85% no lo cancela al 100% pero si hay una gran mejoria. Lo recomiendo. Efectivamente trae 4 filtros de carbon, 2 en la caja y 2 dentro que hay que saar de sus bolsitas. Seria de agradecer que el led indicara que está funcionando, pero en realidad es mejor asi, puesto que cualquer luz podria afectar nuestra resina. creo que es un excelente producto, y si me parece que debe ser compra obligada si compras una ipresora de resina. Aunque se lleva casi todo el olor, siempre es recomendable que la habitacion este aireada, para evitar risgos.

Vino a lo grande!!! Trae dos filtros de carbón activado colocados en los aparatos y trae otros 2 extra de repuesto!! En total trae 4! Entonces me durarán bastante estos filtros! Muy recomendables, parece magia, te olvidas de los olores al instante, hice pruebas, me quite el cubrebocas y lo apagó y luego luego huele mal, y al prenderlo en menos de 10 segundo ya no huele absolutamente nada, el periodo de vida ultil del carbón activo es de hasta 6 meses y vienen 4 lo que lo hace aún más genial! Ya estoy pidiendo el siguiente par antes de que se agoten otra vez! Batalle mucho para que los tuvieran en stock otra vez

Ayuda bastante eliminando los olores de la resina

Está bien, no es la quinta maravilla pero está bien, funciona hasta cierto grado. Sin embargo hay espacio de mejora, como un mejor ventilador, no simplemente un 4010 común y corriente.
