Great item. They are a bit larger than normal pins. I purchased the silver/gray which is true to color and size as stated. Perfect for what I needed them for.

The Heliums Large Bobby Pin is in the middle, between two Goody brand ones. I’ve also placed a Q-tip next to them for size reference. I’ve been searching for the past couple of years for a decent replacement of the old large Goody brand Bobby pins that they discontinued a long time ago. I’m down to my last 3 so I’m a little desperate now. As you can see in my photo, the Heliums pin is almost the same exact length as the Goody one, the main difference being their shape. I can’t decide which one I like better but the Goody one still seems to hold more hair in an up do. However the Heliums one is nice for just pinning your hair back because it doesn’t stick out and they come in the blonde color so they’ll blend into my hair better. These are the closest I’ve found for a replacement so I’m going to stick with these. Overall I’m pretty happy with them.

These bobby pins are the best. They are sturdy, hold your hair in place, and the colors offered match your hair color. Others I have purchased are throw-aways as are made flimsy and fall out.

The length is just a little longer than the usual bobby pin and they perfectly match my mom's hair! Great grip

If u need to hold large veil or hat or hair too big for me

I replaced the 2" bobby pins with these 2.5" ones, and they are just what I wanted. They hold my hair very well, and because the color is so perfect, you can hardly see them. Who knew 1/2" could make such a difference! Very happy with this product.
