Okay, this is a basic item. It is two pieces of bent metal, six holes in each, and 8 little screws. So why 5 stars? I'm not debating the price or whether or not it should be included with the switch. You can judge the price for yourself, and if you wanted it included with the switch you can just order the TEG-S24G which includes these brackets. I ordered the TEG-S24DG 24-port switch and these brackets because it was about $20 less than buying the rack mount version for the identical product. So, these brackets do have beveled screw holes, so when you screw them into the switch they self center and line up perfectly. Just screw them in loosely until you have all 4 in (per side) and then tighten.They are sturdy, they look good, the finish matches the switch, and they'll work on other products too, although the finish might not match. Simple, sturdy, and as attractive as a rack ear can be. Five stars, as they were essentially free (over buying the rack version) and work as advertised.

This worked perfect for my 24 port gigabit dlink switch. The holes lined up perfect. It came with screws to mount it to the switch but not to the rack, just keep that in mine. It also only worked with 1 screw on each side to mount it to the rack, the screw spacing was a little short for the second screw. It wasn't a big deal as it's a pretty light switch.

The width of the TEG-S16Dg/TEG-S24Dg is pretty close to that of the Mikrotik 326-24G-2S+in, so you can use this kit to rack mount the Mikrotik as well. There is one caveat, and that's that the screw holes on the MikroTik are too small for the screws provided with the kit, so I had to enlarge them with a 7/64" drill bit.

Works with my D-Link 11 inch wide switches! Match to factory!

I used these to mount a D-Link DGS-1024D (HW Rev. A2). (I bought the switch used off of craigslist, so it was missing the stock rackmount kit.) They fit perfectly. All the mounting holes are aligned properly, even though this is intended for TRENDnet switches. I can't complain about the finish, as it should match TRENDnet switches. The finish quality is pretty good. It is a matte black. The metal is thick, and should support the weight of any network switch that it will fit on. The only minor complaint is that the metalwork is basic. The edges are not buffed, so they are sharp. The holes are not tapered or countersunk - its just a plain hole. It is literally just a bent piece of metal with a couple holes. But... It gets the job done. And how often will you thoroughly examine these brackets? You are not buying this because of the quality of the metalwork. You want to get your 11 inch switch mounted in a rack, and get on to your next project. This gets the job done. And its not like you have many choices... (literally no other choice on amazon for a 4 hole 2cm square mounting pattern on a 11in switch) The included photo shows this kit installed on a D-Link DGS-1024D, in a RAST rack.

Nice touch throwing the trash in with the product. I suppose that helps Amazon save on waste removal costs. Product was double wrapped in plastic, each individual piece. Small box was taped on both ends. No chance of any of the 10 pieces being lost... except during unpacking. Fits, works, easy to install unless you drop a screw during unpacking.

I have read other reviews about the price for these adapters being pretty high for "just some bent pieces of metal" and I suppose it may be. But I found these brackets to be high quality. They are strong and sturdy, painted with a thick and (what appears to be) durable paint and the dimensions and the mounting holes are all perfectly aligned. Sure, I could have made something similar in my workshop, but would the mounting holes have all perfectly aligned and would the dimensions have been exact? Probably not - and my personal time is worth more than the price of these adapters. Go ahead and spend the extra couple of bucks to get these and mount your switch in a 19 inch rack. The price is worth the time savings and the aesthetics of a professionally made set of brackets.

Modified these to fit a Kramer switcher. Cut, bend, drill, paint or powder coat. When you can't find or buy 1U rack ears, these are a great basic starter kit. Quality, sturdy great price.

Not much you can write about these. They fit, they are the correct dimensions, and they allow my TRENDnet TEG-24Dg to be mounted in a 19" rack. The finish is smooth matt black, in keeping with the unit itself. The price was very reasonable too. It shocks me how much some manufacturers want to change for what are just two pieces of bent metal, but in this case the price was bang on (£6.54)

Acquistato perchè indicato come compatibile con interfaccia audio RME FireFace400. Assolutamente no. Non entra nell'alloggiamento standard da 19 pollici, perchè non corrisponde in lunghezza. Restituito immediatamente.

Gut gearbeitete Winkel um ein Patchpanel für einem 10 Zoll Schrank in einem 19 Zoll Schrank zu montieren. Adapter wird je nach dem noch benötigt.
