Mine came without an applicator...how do I use it?

You can use any other applicator or purchase one. Move the plastic part of the applicator up to the desired amount, then hold its opening against the opening of the YES VM, then gently squeeze the product until applicator is filled. Hold applicator vertically, as to prevent the product from sliding out. Hope this helps.

Neither Amazon or seller indicate that an applicator must be bought separately. What is the recommended dose amount?

The box insert indicates you need an applicator but it is not provided. I assume if there was an applicator it would indicate on it but no idea.
