Much better quality than other ones we ordered. Clearly really pearls. Imperfect shapes and sizes. Very cool.

There was a very toxic smell to this. Last one i got has no odor. This one made me cough my eyes sting and water. In 5 min it took to open and extract pearls tears were streaming done my face smell was very strong chemical type smell. Horrible.

There was nothing close to 8mm pearl but still plenty of little pearls I'm happy

I have bought similar products on the past. They always come canned and/or packaged in some form of liquid. This one was vacuum sealed and really dry. It was tough to remove the pearls. We ended up with 12 beautiful pearls. But it was soo dry and sticky, it was unpleasant. Other products that have been sealed in liquid were much more pleasant than this product.

Very nice pearls. Some actually almost round. Beautiful color- several were pink! Was typically smelly, not very messy. (Always wear gloves.) Third time ordering the mammoth oyster from this company. Nice pearls everytime. Was disappointed the price jumped up four dollars more from the time I ordered to the time I received the. product. Will probably purchase again at a later date. I recommend buying a mammoth oyster from this company.

I bought two clams .. thought it would be a cool different idea for easter to do with our older kids.. I was so disappointed ☹️ when I take the first clam out of the package and there was a big hole that went through both sides of the shell which dried it out. And there was barely any pearls.. I had better luck with the second clam but the kids were disappointed that there wasn't many pearls and most were stuck to the shell unable to remove.. but I guess thats the luck of the draw.. there kinda cool but just not worth the cost

Was worried about a smell but there was none! It was so much fun for the kids as they had visited the ocean and were looking for pearls among the seashells on the shore. This was an excellent way to demonstrate where pearls come from. Great experience!

It was a fun activity with my nephew. I recommend a type of gas mask because the smell is powerful. I got 20 pearls out of mine 5 of which were grown on the shell so I had to chisel them out so 15 were actually fully made (not 25pcs). They are a nice rosy, white, and light purple tones. I have added photos which show the sizes (single pearl on quarter) the average size I got 7 full pearls, (largest pearl vs smallest on quarter) out of the tiny ones I got 5 full pearls, out of the larger sizes I got 3 full pearls, (chiseled pearls) I got 5 stuck on the shell 1 tiny 1 average and 3 larger sizes. Overall it was fun and I'm not a collector so I'm quite satisfied and may even purchase again in the future as an activity with the kids.
