Prym Crochet Hook P, Size P (15mm)

I love Prym crochet hooks. Personally like the grip and the ease of the yarn sliding on the hook. They are well made and each of them of their own color assigned to them. They are comfortable to hold and I would recommend them.

I try not to want these. They do break easier than you would think, which is frustrating. Especially if you use aluminum hooks regularly. But their pointy tip, great hook shape, the handle length, being able to twirl the hook as you pull through a tight stitch, cannot be beat. So i have been buying another one when i break one. Anything smaller than 4.5mm needs a little more care. Aluminum you can pull through at any angle... With these plastic ones, I try to move the work so the hook can stay straight instead of accidentally bending that hook back.

This is a nice hood. It is ergonomic and feels nice in the hand. The glide of the yarn on and off the hook is decent but I find the metal hooks smoother. It’s a nice size and easy to use for beginners. I would buy it again.

I LOVE these. They are light, and have a pointed top. Importantly, they aren't too pointed, no riping or splitting the yarn. Just enough of a pointed to help you get through tight stitches. I love the natural grip they have. Someone said it's like a toothbrush handle. I don't know about that, but I find them extremely comfortable. I only wish the sets came with more sizes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy to use, and worked very well. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks of work it broke, likely because it’s a smaller hook made of plastic. I love this brand, but now I only use metal hooks for 3mm or smaller.

Comfortable grip and smooth with yarn. A little squeaky with acrylic yarn.

Prym is my go to brand for crochet hooks. I’ve only had to replace one so far, at no fault to the company.

The fewest words possible. My wife absolutely hates this hook. Zoom in and you can see why. Mold seam is pronounced and the shaft is rough. Yarn catches and drags. Premium price and hype for this? She was quite verbal about what she now thinks of this “premium brand”. Why 3 stars, because the expression of “my toothbrush can crochet better” is worth the laugh I got for my money. BTW it is made in Malaysia, hardly a made in Germany product their website claims.

Recomendo demais. Agulha Excelente, super confortávele e ergonômica. Gancho escorrega muito bem nos fios deixando o trabalho mais fluido. Vale muito a pena.
