The saw is great, replacement parts,not so much.
This little saw is a power house, bought it for my wife and she loves it,not a tree less than 6" in diameter left on the property.the issue I have is replacement chain doesn't fit, wrong pitch, won't fit the sprockets.the package says it's the right chain but it is not.doesn't even look the same.i have ordered 3 different chains in the past year,mini bike, bicycle and this saw.none were right.apparently the distributor just throws a chain in regardless of what it was ordered for.just about to the point where I quit using Amazon. I also know I can return it but that is a hassle, costs 12 bucks,not worth the time.

I received a clearly used product and it didn't fit onto my chainsaw well at all. I returned it and ended up making the trip to the store for a new one in person.
