She was very impressed by your product but even more so, if that's even possible, by your stellar customer service!!!At first the pen did not work as described in the manual. Through many diligent emails on your part, we worked through the issue, you sent me a replacement and provided the live tutoring. I a so glad we all stuck with it!! It was so worthwhile.This is a wonderful product made by an outstanding company who truly knows how to treat their customers.

The 3Doodler Start+ Essentials set is a fantastic art activity for kids. It’s very easy to use, heats at a safe low temperature, and works perfectly for learning and creating at home. My child picked it up quickly and enjoyed making simple 3D projects right away. The pen feels sturdy, and the included materials are enough to get started without needing extra purchases. Great for creativity, STEM learning, and screen-free fun. Highly recommended for kids and beginners.

I wouldn’t buy this again but maybe it would be good for some. Our daughters love to craft but they didn’t use this often at all. The quality wasn’t great.

This is the coolest toy! I bought this for my 5 year old and she spent hours playing with it. It is very user friendly and simple to set up. I love that it heats up but doesnt get hot at all to the touch. The plastic flows out super smoothly and hardens quickly, it doesn't make much of a mess at all. The colors come out the same as the sticks you use, there are no weird smells. I had a ton of fun with it as well as an adult. The sticks do go quick so I would recommend buying extra sticks when you purchase the doodler. There are plenty of options of all price ranges on Amazon for more sticks. Highly recommend this for ages 5 and up!

I have purchased about 20 of these and have used them for many, super-popular kids' programs at a public library. I purchased 12 of the original style, and more recently I purchased 8 of the newer version.Pros: safe, easy to demo/ quick to understand how to use, fun for a wide variety of ages, possible to make some cool shapes (kids like using the shapes in the manual to make the glasses, rocket, finger puppets, etc), the filament is easy to clean up and not expensive.Cons: battery life. Our program lasts 1.5 hrs and most of the devices are running out of power before the end of the program. I've had 2 of mine just stop working. I wish there was a way to recycle/repair/replace the battery. It takes practice to be able to make a steady line and interesting items.Due to the battery life, I'm not sure that I'll continue buying these and offering this program in the future. If they could work while plugged in or if the batteries lasted longer, I'd give these a much higher score and better review.

This is a great way for your imaginative child to spend their time! And if your child is looking to design things then this tool will give them many hours of happy memories and fun. It is safe and easy to use for children to create whatever they desire. It doesn’t get hot and it’s easy to use just inset the plastic stick and away you go! With so many different color options available children can be creative with the doodler all year long. I’m very impressed with this tool and its design it’s been a year since we got ours. And it has been great. The only issue is keeping up with the demand of refilling the wishlist for more colors!!

My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves this 3D pen! We got it for her for Christmas and have already had to buy her multiple packs of filament refills because she uses it so often. She appreciates the guides that come with the pen to help create specific things. She has also created her own little knick knacks. Her pen stopped working properly after not using it for a few weeks. She charged it up when she was ready to use it again and it would work for less than a minute before dying. I saw another review mention how great customer service was with their problem, so I reached out and they offered to send us a new pen in exchange for the one that was having problems. 10/10 recommend

Love this thing. Works perfectly and the kids love it and use it often. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The heat is so low that you can touch the tip without pain but hot enough to get the plastic to that perfect viscosity. This pen has a great grip and makes it easy to 3D draw with kid hands and adult hands alike.
