My bottle arrived with the cap off but didn’t appear broken and was otherwise clean so I didn’t think anything of it. Unfortunately the bottle is definitely defective. Every time I try to dispense product, no matter what angle I hold the bottle at, it doesn’t foam and white liquid just dribbles out. Someone’s when I shake it, nothing inside moves at all like it has too much pressure built up or something. I’m still trying to see if I can salvage it but it just makes my hair wet and crunchy after applying. I was finishing up another product before started using this one and by the time I tried it I was past the 30 day rerun window so I’m basically stuck with it.

I ordered this product in March 2021. The ordered included 2 cans of the Kendra mousse. I used the first one snd it was great, but I just started the second can and it will not create the mousse foam, it is just runny liquid, no matter I shake it. I have bought this product several times, and have never had this experience. Please advise. Thank you!

works well but has to be shaken very vigorously or doesnt make foam but still works

My hair is fine and most products weighs it down. This does not. Love it!

Expensive but it hold hair solidly in place
