This is a great product. The paper matte is beautiful, and the colors beneath when scratched are pretty. The colors really pop out at you when scratched since it's set against a black background. The cities are listed on the map. I had ours framed for my wife, and she loves it. Perfect gift!!!!!

Pros: • Map is a cool concept for visually tracking where you’ve gone • USA, Canada and Australia are separated into separate states/provinces so you can scratch only certain areas (main reason I purchased this one over other similar maps) Cons/Oddities: • NOT a standard framing size which means you have to buy a 24" x 36" frame and have a mat cut to make it look correct or get it custom framed which is expensive (knew that from other reviews/description, but it’s annoying) • The map key shows certain continents as a specific color, but map doesn’t actually follow the color key • Northern Ireland isn’t marked on the map by name/line/color variation even though on my map Ireland and the UK are showing up as slightly different purples • Colors aren’t as bright in person as shown in pictures particularly for the teal P.S. I couldn't manage to erase the foil, but a guitar pick that worked just fine.

Map is kind of hard to scratch off when you're trying to, and sometimes scratches the paper underneath, but has no problems getting scratched where you don't want it to be.

My daughter loves this map. It is a little bit hard to scratch off though so you need a little elbow grease.

Very interesting map to decorate my room but difficult to scratch the areas I vited.

It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I haven't scratched places off yet, but they recommend using an eraser to do it. However, the matte black map looks so awesome & clean, I almost don't want to scratch it

Absolutely love this map. An eraser works perfectly to uncover the places you've visited and the colors underneath are vibrant and fun! Super happy with this purchase.

A bit hard to scratch, Europe is a dark purple that’s hard to see different from the matte grey. The bigger problem is the printed words and the silver words don’t match everywhere making it hard to read names once you scratch that region...

Beautiful colours, looks classy and runs off easily with one of those rubbers you get on the end of pencils :) ignore the moaners!

Arrivata nei tempi previsti. Design molto bello e curato, satinata, con dettaglio di tutte le capitali. Veramente bella, l'ho comprata come regalo confrontando diverse alternative e la consiglio sicuramente.

Great map, makes me want to travel more. I had read some reviews on other Luckies maps about people finding it hard to scratch off, but I had no issues. I used a Paper Mate SPEEDeraser with holder also bought on amazon. One thing to note, at first I thought there was a problem with the printing of the country names they looked to be printed double/blurry. They are silver when not scratched and silver underneath. You just need to lightly scratch with your fingernail to remove the top layer of silver.
