Chemical Guys, Workhorse Plush Microfiber Towels, 16 x 16 in, Black, 3 Pack

These microfiber towels are outstanding. They’re soft, absorbent, and durable, making them perfect for everything from applying detailing products to wiping down paint, wheels, glass, and interior surfaces. I like the black color because it hides stains better than lighter towels, especially when using them for dirtier jobs. I recently added a set of the Chemical Guys Workhorse Professional Grade Microfiber Towels (Black, 16" x 16") to my car care arsenal, along with a set of the Chemical Guys MIC99703 Red 24" x 16" Fluffer Miracle Supra Microfiber Towels. Both were a great addition to my detailing supplies. The black Workhorse towels are incredibly soft and safe to use on paint, glass, and interior surfaces. They don’t leave any lint or streaks behind, which is a huge plus when working on delicate finishes. They’re also super absorbent, making them perfect for drying after a wash or applying quick detailers and polishes. The 16" x 16" size is very convenient for various detailing tasks, and their durability stands out—even after several uses and washes, they remain in great shape. Together with the red towels, these have made a noticeable improvement to my car care routine. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend these to anyone looking for high-quality microfiber towels.

Very plush and a real workhorse indeed. With the money vs cheap/thin towels as this picks up so much more. Also nice with different texture on either side. There are some nicer towels out there (not many) but these are now my goto

I’m a big Chemical Guys fan and use their products for both personal cleaning and my cleaning business, so this is definitely not a “trash the product” review. I’m keeping these and will absolutely still use them. That said, I was pretty disappointed to find that both the black and blue Workhorse microfiber towels I received are labeled 80/20, even though the listing advertised them as 70/30. I already own the same Workhorse towels in tan, which I purchased earlier this year, and those ARE 70/30, so I was able to compare them directly. I’m including photos of the receipts/listing information as well as the labels on the towels so the difference is clear. The tan towels are the older set, and the black and blue are the new ones. I also noticed that the tan towels are labeled as made in China, while the newer black and blue towels are labeled as made in Vietnam. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the difference, but I thought it was worth mentioning. My tan towels are obviously more broken in, but they also feel a little nicer in quality to me. They’ve actually become some of my favorite microfiber towels, which is exactly why I ordered more colors. I color-code my microfiber for different areas and take extremely good care of it because microfiber is a huge part of my cleaning business. I don’t mind spending money on quality tools and supplies because I consider that part of maintaining the quality of my work. These are still good towels, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars and keeping them. I just specifically ordered them expecting the advertised 70/30 blend, and that’s not what showed up. I still love Chemical Guys and will keep buying from them. I’m just hoping this was a listing or packaging mix-up and not a permanent change to the Workhorse towels. And because apparently I’m now conducting my own microfiber investigation, I brought receipts. 😂

I can’t complain with these! The softness is amazing!!! It absorbs so well!! No lint left behind. My go to microfibers when detailing my car. Excellent for glass!! I tend to be very picky with microfibers and these are never disappointing.

It's a good microfiber cloth. I use it to clean car windshield and wet wipe the car few times as a trial. I finally settled to use this cloth as a second cloth for the final wipe cloth for windshield and Windows (primary cloth is meguiars supreme shine). This one is a genuine cloth and got it from cloudtail. The performance of this cloth is good, but I expected an excellent cloth because the manufacturer is a reputed brand world wide. UPDATED REVIEW.. AFTER USING THIS CLOTH FOR OVER SIX MONTHS, I FEEL THIS CLOTH DESERVES 5 STARS. IT'S DURABLE AND EFFECTIVE. A GOOD MICROFIBER CLOTH.

Las he usado para mi carro, principalmente para retirar cera y compound, y me han funcionado muy bien. La microfibra se siente de buena calidad y ayuda a limpiar sin dejar marcas fácilmente, siempre que se use limpia y con cuidado. Después de lavarlas se pusieron apenas un poco menos suaves, pero siguen siendo bastante suaves para usarlas sobre la pintura. No me han dejado pelusa ni en la carrocería ni en los vidrios, y absorben bien tanto el agua como los residuos de cera o producto. También me gusta que no generan swirls como otras toallas más baratas que he probado. El tamaño me parece adecuado, ni muy pequeño ni demasiado grande. Las lavo por separado y, después de dos lavadas, el color sigue bien sin desvanecerse. Para detailing y cuidado de pintura, me parecen una muy buena opción.
